La Mexicana Meat Market is a large grocery store and a great place for traditional Mexican ingredients. It offers a great selection of meats at its phenomenal butcher counter, including some of the best cuts of goat and beef, all reasonably priced. The fresh produce is always great. Shelves are stocked with various dried chilis, canned foods, rice, fresh fruits and vegetables, and traditional Spanish ingredients or cooking utensils. A takeout counter provides freshly cooked Mexican food, including amazing barbacoa, menudo, lechon, chicharron, carnitas, and bistek. It offers the most authentic Mexican eats, providing a taste that reminds customers of home. The business is known for being a good honest business with kind employees. While it is a place for choosing flavor over ambiance, customers feel welcomed and definitely plan on returning.
We went in too buy tortillas and see if they sold lamb. Its not a very welcoming place. Rude service from the meat market and the lady checking us out. Hoping they were just having a bad day. Normally a good place too shop at.

There is a variety of mexican products and fresh fruits and vegetables. They also have traditional mexican bread and of course a variety of meats. Some are already marinated and seasoned ready to cook. They have good prices and throw out special deals. There is also a small restaurant inside serving mexican food.
