Just moved to the area and needed an oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment at 9 am, got there at 8:50 and they took my car back for service.
About 45 minutes later, I was ready to go. I'll definitely be taking my CX-50 here from now on.

Michael Barron is an outstanding service advisor. He is attentive, knowledgeable and seems genuinely interested in getting the service experience right for the customer.
He explained what needed to be done, why it needed to be done and the costs to get it done. As requested, the professional techs gave the car a good check up and Michael offered the recommendations, explained why and costs. Never pushy, but giving me relevant information necessary to make informed decisions. Service was completed as promised and James did a great job with check out and delivery-- even going the extra mile to honor my "I Buy Abilene" discount!!
The Lawrence Hall Service Department consistently demonstrates great service, knowledgeable staff and customer service second to none! Thanks to the LH service team!

We took our 2024 Mazda for a free oil change yesterday and it was not a good experts all! Everything was fine until we went to pick it up and went home. We noticed they did not change the reminder sticker on three days for reset the service light. Then my husband popped through hood and they left the oil covers mess and spilled oil on the cove end engine. If you make a mess just clean it up-it’s a new car! So my husband called to let them know. They said to bring it back and they will clean it up and replace the sticker. So we did. They cleaned it up but did not replace the sticker and then when we got home we noticed a scratch on the front of the vehicle! They need to be more careful with peoples vehicles! I can’t believe it. We are so disappointed. People be very careful when going to Mazda in Abilene. Check your vehicles well before you leave!

Sales staff are excellent. Pricing is still in a Covid recovery state and I won’t pay sticker price.
