My son is a disabled quidriplegic . Being doing business with lens crafters for over 14 years. All the staff on the past have gone out of there way to accommodate my son . Today 08/23/3025 in the afternoon went to pick up his glasses. The young girl refused to put the glasses on his face she said we don't do that. I said really, cause they always have in the past. I asked you must be new worker. She said she's been employed for a year. I guess she was afraid to catch something from my son. Next time I wii consider taking my business else where. If that's the new employees lens crafters wants to hire.

LensCrafters in our Abilene Mall — today it was destination. Jana Jones , was the Reason my whole attitude changed …
How you might ask - well let me lay it out for you.
1. I called yesterday to get some information concerning the Meta Rayban glasses. She answered & was friendly. My past experience on the phone has been less than best.
However I remember thinking she’s really trying to find the information I needed regarding what size frame I had ordered the last time. Most of the time I feel rushed like the salesperson is trying to get me off the phone - in truth, I felt like I was bothering the person on the other side of the phone at this LensCrafters location. But not with Jana , she was invested in finding me a solution.
2. I showed up early to my eye appointment next door , so I walked into LensCrafters and handed Jana my return paperwork and my defective glasses. I told her I would swing by after my appointment. She greeted me with a smile and said she’d get right on it.
3. After my appointment I strolled into the store and sat down at a station where Jana politely asked me to sit. She indicated that she found the particular specific color and frames I had inquired about for my replacement! I was very pleased that she had already been working on it.
4. As Jana was entering my new prescription data for the replacement frames , she mentioned that she called an associate from a different branch to get help with my specific replacement from a third party company.
That’s way over the top in my book. She could’ve said “ I’m sorry you’ll have to come back when her manager returns from vacation”
- or she could’ve processed it incorrectly or she could’ve made me wait as she was on hold with customer support.
But not Jana , she found me a solution while I was in my eye exam appointment !!
5. And the final reason my attitude towards this office changed from negative to positive , the heart she has for people as she told me about her desire to make people feel like a priority. And that’s exactly how I felt. And it’s how I feel today.
Jana Jones , I believe that’s her full name , was fantastic and she provided me over the top service.
If you need new frames , you should strongly consider this LensCrafters location in our Abilene Mall.
