It's a lids. Decent selection. Never many big sizes.No ability to request hats.Just buy several on Amazon Prime and return the ones that don't fit. Done.

Went in with a hat my dog messed up that had custom stitching on the side from a different lids. Told the lady I wanted it the same as the original and she said yes they could do it. Long story they made the font too big, when we went to try to get it right she did not offer any kind of help and flat out said “ I’m too busy I’m not doing that today”. She did not care to fix the problem, didn’t offer a refund or anything like that for their mess up. The customer is not always right with this specific store, save your money and make the day trip to Lubbock or something for some good work.

Went in for custom cap creation and was told to provide image to be sent to design team. Was charged a $25.00 fee and told I'd receive a call in 2-4 days to come in and verify the design and have the cap made. I called in after 5 days to check on it and was told I'd receive a call later in the day. Never did. Called in 4 days later and was told the same thing...and never got a call. Probably best to shop online or elsewhere.

Ordered a hat that didn't have in stock, but had it delivered to the store, saw the employee embroidering professional signature on a hat, asked him if I had my mother's signature could he embroider it on my hat said yes he could, did an awesome job, mother passed from cancer and I ordered Crucial catch NFL Tennessee Titans hat, mad some of my members bring a tear in their eye
