My contact prescription is expired. Their next opening is not until late October. Which is completely fine I tried to make an appointment but I also asked for a set of temporary contacts because the ones that I have are torn. They refused and I was recommended to find a new doctor. I have been with the doctor for several years however the office staff were incredibly unhelpful. Therefore I will be finding another dr.

If I could give a negative I would. This place is so unprofessional. First I waited 2 hours for my appointment without any explanation fo why. Then I witness one of the ladies at the desk treat another patient like she was trash just because the patient asked about hand sanitizer. Once I finally get to see A doctor it's a 90 year old "traveling " eye doctor. Then I find out the two doctors that own the practice weren't even there. So this guy answered his phone while doing my eye exam to book another job. He then says well why don't you tell me what you want? I said I'm eye exam and contacts, all he did was order what I already had, BUT I didn't get my prescription. I waited 2 months because they closed for coronavirus. When they opened up I find out they didn't even order them, so I wait another week ONLY to NOT get the correct contacts.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Horrible horrible! This place needs an over haul of customer service. Front office was complaining about doctor non stop with an office full of people waiting. The tech did nothing but blame the Dr for the drama in the office, when all along she was showing her true colors by complaining to a patient. Doctor was no better, she didn’t move from her chair, she was eating while doing the exam, she is rude when asking question. Oh did I meation she didn’t move from her chair when I was done she asked me to open the door so that it would tell the other tech she needed her. So unprofessional and rude stay clear of this place. By the way my appointment took two hours.

Called three different days. Got voice mail each time. Call back the next day. No call back and the last was only after an explicit message of my frustration. Not sure what you have to do to make an appointment.

This place shouldn't get any stars. What's the point in making an appointment if you're going to wait over a hour to be seen, its even worse if you take your kids and have to go back 3 times before getting a prescription. And the way they treat the employees, they are lucky they have a business to run because without them it would tank. They wait on her hand and foot. How bout get your butt out of that chair instead of calling from 10 ft away. And the tall guy ...dude yo annoyed me. If I ever go back itd the girls in the office would be the reason why. They make you feel at home. I guess because the door is shut she think people on the other side can't hear the way she blames her employees for her being behind. Get your head out of your ass and hop on down from your high horse. Oh and hope your appointment isn't on a day one of her friends are bringing seen because you won't even matter she'll move them to the front of the line and take extra long. I give the 3 girls working for her 10 stars and a pat on the back for not losing it and going off on her. I've seen it for myself she will call them on the phone from 10 feet away because she won't get her butt out of that chair. One of our appointments was at the end of the day and saw that they drive her to run errands and home. Those girls deserve a raise without a doubt. Hang in there and keep up the good work and thank you for reassuring my kiddos it would be a piece of cake and making us feel comfortable when obviously she makes it uncomfortable for you.

The Dr here has no idea of what she's doing. Gave my daughter a new perscption on glasses and her vision is worse now. Tried to make a new appointment to fix it and they wanted to charge me for the visit and my insurance would have covered it but they wanted my money. Horrible.

Horrible. If I could give a zero I would. Stayed here for over 2 hrs they were letting people that got here after we did go ahead of us. The optometrist didn't have a clue what she was doing.

Great customer service: friendly, smiles, made my son and I feel welcome and at ease for our 1st visit. This was my son's 1st eye exam and Dr Carson, made him feel good about getting glasses.
