I have been coming to the Abilene Freightliner for the last 27 years and have only experienced a problem once which was promptly addressed and corrected. I thank them for the many years of great service and thank management for resolving the problem we had in a quick and timely manner. I will be back to visit again as I know my truck will need more love 😁

We were on our way to a wedding and always stop at the KOA in Abilene. Friday morning I noticed a leak. I have stopped at Lonestar to buy parts. Since we were so close I decided to drive over and take care of the issue. Jeff took my info. Tim was very instrumental in getting the part I needed. David worked on it and had it ready next day. These two really went beyond to get us back on the road, very professional! On the way back David was nice enough to air up of my tires. And Tim got me a credit on a filter I could not use. Thanks to Sherrie and Sierra for the hospitality. Our dog really enjoyed all the petting from most of the other employees. Thanks to the management for running such a nice business. I will always stop there every time we go east to buy parts or now just say hi. Thank you again, DJMONTES

First time at this dealership was there to get my ac blower motor replaced took about 5 hours which I believe wasn’t bad enough they have nice trucker lounge with recliner chairs and tv to kill some time also if you have pets they have couple cages there all over it was a
good experience.

At first I thought it was ganna put a band-aid on my fix but the dug deep found the problem fixed it shout out to sherie hime and the mechanic with the funky hair didn't get his name but I an very satisfied with all there hard work
