First time ever being at this new McCoys we did it the other night for the Halloween bucket we show up people standing around talking all the employees were at the register talking looking at us like we were dumb if y'all ran out of the activity to do you should have told us hey we ran out of the activity to do sorry, we would have left no we stood around and people just sit there and stared at us funny and didn't greet us didn't say what are you here for can we help you nothing The staff literally was that bad that we just grabbed our kids and walked out and nobody even tried to stop us to see what we were there for and nobody addressed us on the activity that they were doing so great job McCoy employees it's kind of sad that my daughter was like why are we leaving well sissy nobody's talking to us nobody's telling us what to do so we'll just go to a funner place.

Paid for material drove through out the yard and helped load them . While in the process of getting ready to leave an employee approached us and asked if our ticket had been scanned. I confirmed it had and that the guy whom scanned the ticket helped us load it . I guess he thought we were stealing it not really sure what his thought process was on that one.

Walked in, stood at the counter with literally 8 employees all talking in pairs and not one asked if I needed help. I walked the store looking for a working employee, none. Any employee walking the floor walks right past me. There were zero customers besides myself. I walk back up to the counter two more times. Nothing. I hope this store falls on its face.

Huge shoutout to McCoys staff! And Terry, he's a great manager! Not a single person in there did not welcome us with a friendly greeting when we went in. This place is so warm and inviting. And has pretty much anything you can think that you would need from a hardware store and more. Its so clean and tidy, not a thing out of place. Everything is so easy to find too. We also LOVE the craft days with the kiddos too! Keep them coming you guys! Y'all rock! See y'all soon!

Today I visited McCoy’s. Never being there before I started loading up the materials I needed as you would at Lowe’s or Home Depot. The man in the video on the phone then told me I needed a ticket and I can’t load it myself then told me to put it back seeming a bit upset. I said ok sorry about that and put the materials back. Not too long after he then proceeds to tell one of the workers to park the forklift in front of my truck effectively blocking me in and saying some not so nice things. This is a bit crazy so I get out asking what the problem is. He incited I was attempting to steal the material. A few more words were said before this well dressed man presumably the head store manager approached me hand open greeting me with respect. What a relief. He turned to the employee saying this is entrapment and is illegal and ordered the forklift away. I told him the situation I’ve never been here before I just need some fence boards and 2x4s. He told me no problem just come to the front and we’ll get you taken care of. He made sure I got my supplies and even gave me a size able discount for my troubles. I thank you for that good sir but the unprofessionalism displayed by that employee on the phone in the video was alarming. Totally uncalled for. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Pretty disappointed with the new place off 14th- Pre ordered a pick up and was told it would be ready the following morning. Showed up only to find that it wasn’t ready, hadn’t even been started and to top it off the material received was to put it nicely -garbage-
No one has a clue where anything is and don’t honestly think I will return after speaking to the manager and after witnessing a truck that showed up 15 minutes later than me, get loaded by 3 people and leave and I’m still here 30 minutes later.
