Husband was upset that the battery was good when we left car with u an we picked up an were told the battery was dead an they couldn't charge it to roll up the front 2 windows . Even though we could not afford to fix a 2005 for 8889$. An when the tow truck came he used a small battery jump box an we did get our windows up? Now my battery was completely ran down . So I think they could have done much better on this considering the battery was good an tested by auto zone prior to being brought in , vicki Rodriquez

Every single time I go here for service, it’s ALWAYS SOMETHING. I’ll spare you the details, but this specific time I got to the service center for an oil change before 5 (they close at 6) and they didn’t have enough technicians to complete the job… for being so money hungry, they weren’t worried or concerned about losing a loyal customer (16+ years with Nissan in Abilene). That’s okay, because I took my vehicle and my business to Lawrence Hall’s service center and they were able to get the job done before 6! I’ll probably start going here or to McGavock in Lubbock for future service. And to add, I’ve only ever owned Nissans since I’ve had a license to drive… A Nissan will not be the next new vehicle in my garage. Thanks for leading me to Lawrence Hall, Nissan!

I had a great experience with Clark Nissan's Service Department. They were extremely efficient repairing a nail in my tire, and very nice along the way. The facilities are clean and modern.

My husband went in for oil change and some employee called the laws on him for open container. Won't be back. WE have been buying vehicles from there. Not anymore.

I went with my friend to get a new car and the experience was magnificent. Christian DeOyos took care of us and helped me and my friend to get his dream car. It was hard because my friend didn't speak English but Christian was with him through the whole process. Thanks Nissan of Abilene and thanks Christian for your help

Recently purchased a Pathfinder from Clark Nissan. Will Patterson and the rest of the staff were super helpful and friendly through the purchase. Had a couple of issues after the sell, but Mr. Clark handled it in the most professional and friendly way. I love my Pathfinder and would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

This was our first big purchase as a married couple. Doing something big financially is usually very stressful. Thankfully, my wife and I worked with James Acosta. He made the whole day stress free and got us into a vehicle of our liking. Took care of not only getting us into our Pathfinder, he got it to where our payments were affordable for today’s economy. He also made sure to take care of our three small kiddos while we were at the dealership. I highly recommend working with James at Clark Nissan in Abilene.

This year will be my second time purchasing a vehicle from Clark Nissan. I have had nothing but the best experiences with every person here, including the maintenance team. Ford Sparks was my car salesman & he was nothing short of the best! He personally reached out to me, sent me photos of cars, and did everything a good salesman would. He went above and beyond to get me in the car i wanted. He even stayed late the night we decided to purchase. We highly recommend buying from Clark & using Ford!
