Casey and Scott did amazing! They made sure I had everything I needed and were able to answer all of my questions. They are both very patient. And Casey is willing to go out of his way to make sure you are comfortable! Definitely reminded me why I love Nissan so much!

Working with James, made for the most pleasurable car purchasing experience. Even though it was not my first time buying a new car, he stood out and even went out of his way to help me return a rental. Worth mentioning was that even though the car was detailed he continued to pursue excellence by wiping down the body and interior windows. Making sure I received an immaculate vehicle. Thank you James, Manager and the Finance guy.

Clark Nissan has phenomenal customer service. They are fast and always follow up with me without pushing me to purchase products. I own an infinity and have always taken it to Nissan for oil changes. The prices are fair and I’ve never had a compliant.

Didn’t purchase my Rouge from them, we found a better deal that suited our family budget and the style of rouge. Austin was our sales rep and he was great, very down to earth and he tried to find me the perfect suv over several days! The only reason I’m taking a star off is because of the finance manager. I can’t recall his name possibly Antonio. He came off as extremely condescending to my mother and I when we were discussing payments. I was candid with him about not being concerned with the payment as we would probably pay cash and we were looking at over all cost and possible discounts. His words, well you’re not military and I really don’t need to give you any additional discounts. I am a teacher as well and the look of idc came swiftly across his face and he said oh you’re just a teacher. Well our car will sale whether you buy today or not so good luck. I wouldn’t have taken the time to write this review if I didn’t feel some type of way. There was more to the conversation but the overall vibe from this guy was he was just better and we were lucky to be in his office. Let’s practice these words Mr. Finance (Be humble)

Dealing with their finance manager Christian has been a nightmare. He will ignore your texts/calls if you're wanting to cancel your extended warranty. He provided me with a copy of the cancellation form that he stated he would send out but according to the warranty administrator he never sent it out. Highly do not recommend that you finance anything through them as you will deal with a shady finance manager.

First time using Clark Nissan since I moved to Abilene. Very prompt, friendly and through about the process and what I needed to get done on my vehicle. Gave me a quick tour of waiting area and the concessions that were available. The follow up call from service manager was definitely a huge bonus. Thank you for great customer service.

The person checking me in for my appointment was not personable, and did not actively listen to my answers to her questions. I was in waiting area a short while, approached by an employee with a $5k check for purchase of my car, “high demand” “love to have your car on out lot”. . I owe $7k on it, that’s not good math for me. “I can’t guarantee I can give you this even next month”. I can guarantee you, if in such high demand and it being taken car of, I can sell it for at least double on the private market ??♀️Then approached by service dept. This is a list of all you need to have done, would you like it scheduled? No, just the recall, I didn’t want or ask for the complete once over, specifically said I don’t have time for anything other than recall. And the cost at the dealership is way more than my reputable mechanic for oil and filter change I have scheduled later today.I finally get to the office to load patient equipment, now running late, and realize the service “inspectors” took the air out of my tires. The air I had to purchase prior to the appointment so that I could have it ready for taking out this equipment. I had all 4 at 48, now all are 33! Now, I’m not only late, I have to purchase more air again!The cherry on top for the day, my cabin air filter was broken during the inspection I did not ask for as well.

Rick was amazing. Very nice, personable and was there for any questions we had during and AFTER the sale. It's pretty awesome to know that a salesman will take the time after the sale to answer questions. I am very glad we stayed local to purchase the vehicle. Thank you Rick.

After a long night of work, I stopped by Clark Nissan on Friday morning to diagnose the issues I had with my vehicle. Knowing that I was exhausted from a 12-hour night shift, Edward Jackson-Service Advisor, was very considerate of my waiting time. He advocated for me and coordinated with the parts department to expedite the acquisition of a new battery and the ECM part that were not available on hand. Everything that needed to be done and the costs were explained to me without any surprise add on mark-ups.Since the needed part was expected in about 5 days, I drove my vehicle home. Unfortunately, on the way home, my vehicle died on the road again. I called Edward and he immediately set up a tow service for me at no extra charge. Clearly, I was exhausted and distressed that day, but Edward went above and beyond to take care of my needs. His professionalism, unmatched stellar customer service, and genuine concern for me were very much appreciated. His demeanor made me feel as if I was at a 5-star resort. ;)On Monday, Edward also arranged, again, at no extra charge, a rental car for me to use. He arranged a courtesy shuttle to transport me to the dealership to pick up the rental. The Nissan "chauffeur", David, was such a joy to ride with. He was notarious for being loquacious, but I loved his friendliness and positive vibes. He knew I was stressed from being in an unfamiliar place for work on top of having car problems, so he comforted me with words of encouragement. Although it was a short ride, David, truly made me feel better with his kind words. Can I borrow David to be my tour guide? LOLEveryone at Clark Nissan was very kind and accommodating. I've been to many Nissan dealerships in different states, and Clark Nissan by far exceeded my expectations in customer service. One last thing- Edward deserves a promotion or a pay raise as he is a valuable asset to Nissan. ;) My sincerest gratitude for taking such good care of my vehicle and me. God bless.

My husband and I were helping our daughter purchase a car long distance today. We live in Houston and she lives in Abilene. After getting the run around from a dealership here, we called Clark Nissan in Abilene. It was very straight forward. What we saw for the online price is exactly what we got. Absolutely no crazy market price mark ups or surprise disclaimers. We simply got the fair price that was advertised. It was fantastic! Big thanks to Austin for working with me from a distance and for helping us get our daughter a car she loves with no hassle. He was honest, respectful and provided a type of customer service that seems to be rare these days. It’s Clark Nissan for the win!

Owner, Dillon Clark, and Car salesman, James Acosta, made sure that all of our needs were met. James was so knowledgeable about our new car. He was very patient while he taught me how to maximize the best use of our new Nissan Rogue. This dealership under McGavock was going under and Mr Clark has brought this dealership back to life. From service, with service manager, Matt, to the driver with shuttle service, Mr Clark has made sure his customers receive the best care. I know when I walk into Clark Nissan, my car will receive the utmost care! I would certainly recommend Clark Nissan to all of my friends! Very disappointed with our dealings with this dealership. My husband found a second car after ours was destroyed in a head on collision a few weeks ago. My husband was there on Saturday morning, when a 2015 Nissan Rogue with very low mileage arrived. My husband talked to a salesman and told him he was interested in buying the car. He was told he could not see or drive the car because it was in the garage and needed a part to fix the latch to the trunk. We went there today and the car was outside we looked at it and both agreed we would buy. We waited about 45 minutes for the salesman. We were excited as the price and mileage was great. When the salesman arrived we were told it sold Saturday evening. It had not been washed, cleaned, detailed, etc. There was no sold sign on the car. No information at all. What a disappointment!! No one called or even apologized for the way this was handled. Talked to one of the managers, a large man with an unkept beard, who offered no apologies. Not a professional way of doing business. Can not recommend this dealership.

My husband and I were traveling through Abilene and had car trouble. Called Clark Nissan as soon as they opened and they agreed to check out our car right away. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and get us back on the road in a very short amount of time and at a surprisingly reasonable price. Tara helped us and provided excellent service. We were very glad we went to Clark Nissan and would highly recommend them.
