CSR stated accessories that come with device (normally free or included) she charges a 10% fee for them to the customer. I walked out. That's no different then stealing from the customer.

My review isnt for this particular store but with Metro company, itself.We've been with Metro for almost 3 years and haven't had any problems until last year. My husband's phone constantly drops calls and won't get text messages for hours at a time. The signal sucks. What's supposed to be 5G network isn't. My phone drops calls, loses service and it takes me 5 or more times to try and call out. My phone doesn't ring or show me I have missed calls, the only way i find out is I get a voicemail. And I never have 5 bars for service. Only 1, and some days I get lucky and have 2 or 3. If something doesn't change soon, we will be leaving Metro! Which I don't think it's going to change. Also all their phones are cheap even though the price is high. They're very low quality phones.Also if you want to remove a service you have to call 611 and that's if you get someone you can understand. I had to call 3 times to remove tablet data from my account after they told me it was removed. Paying for something that we no longer have. Worst company every!

The website says that if you switch to Metro you can get the Moto G Stylus 5G for $9.95. The sign on the phone in the store also says the phone is $9.95 if you switch carriers.When they went to ring the phone up the bill was about $160. I asked to see an itemized list and they were charging $59.95 for the phone. It wasn't a mistake. The sales lady never told me they were billing $59.95 for a $10 phone. I only found out because I asked to see the itemized bill. Luckily I asked before I actually paid with my debit card.I won't be shopping at the Metro on South 14th anymore.

They are selling Nokia x100 s with a defective hotspots and sticking there customers with the loss. There employee was rude and and the other one said to call Nokia. I found out them and metro knew the x100s hotspot is defective. [Edit] After using them for a while their T Mobile 5G is awesome! I have two A52 5G phone lines each basically completely unlimited 5G with 15 GB of hotspots each for for $100 a month! That's 30 hotspot GBs together l highly recommend them!!

I do not like this location these guys are selling bad glitchy phones. Twice now last years Samsung a51 and this years Nokia x100. Stay away and avoid metro on south 14th troubles.
