Came here to buy some regular art supplies (acrylic paint, chalkboards). Was directed to self-checkout by the cashier standing at the front. She walked around the counter to physically put her hands on the reusable bags I set on the counter. I asked her if she needed anything and she said no. Then, she walked around me and began touching the self-checkout screen. I did not ask for directions, nor am I vision-impaired, nor is the self-checkout screen difficult to navigate. I let the cashier know that I had used a self-checkout lane before and she then stood in front of her register to intently watch me. She did not say anything and did not even say goodbye as I walked past her register to exit the store. She did not have a customer at her station.
If it requires this much work to monitor self-checkout, it would make far more sense to pay someone to constructively interact with customers.

Employees were above expectations, extremely knowledgeable and kind! Unfortunately they were out of stock on the items I was after, but ended up with other stuff anyways!! I missed the product I wanted to to a huge sale I didn't know about! No their fault, just too slow lol!! Highly reccomend!!
