I love the full service car wash of Mister Car Wash. The employees are always so friendly. The lobby is clean, with great AC and plenty of great places to sit. My car gets all the on the go eating crumbs vacuumed up and the interior gets the shine it needs!

Prices have gone up with very poor service, plenty of employees that will not even spray your car before it goes through because they are too busy visiting each other. This is consistent. The wash on Judge Ely in Abilene Texas is the poorest service. Also could you adjust summer hours to 8. I am about to switch to the new guys in town

Wow! We drove through many states to get to Abilene and trust me, my car needed a quick wash. The staff were excellent and the car wash amazing!! I needed my wheels done too and I couldn’t believe that a drive through car wash could clean my tires.. the tires looked like they were hand washed! Excellent job.

Does a good job on the wash, has a hard time getting all the bugs off the windshield. Sometimes has long lines to get thru.

Some staff are entitled and disrespectful (Buffalo Gap) while others are humble and respectful (S. 27th, S. 1st St. & Judge Ely). I've heard of vehicles getting scratched and have noticed mine coming up with more and more, lately. I chalked it off as vandalism, but I've been rethinking it. Use at your own risk.

There was a problem with the card reader and the technician operating the booth took ownership to quickly remedy the problem. He was kind and worked fast. I love seeing businesses where the employees care.
