Why do they keep running out of fuel? This is happening every few weeks. Need answers

No premium gas. They're trying to push 91 octane as premium. Should be illegal

This store USED TO BE my wife’s and my favorite place for fuel and cigs for years upon years. However, now that the assistant manager has screamed at us relentlessly, despite our attempts to diffuse the situation, for getting our pictures thrown out on accident from the dumpster and told that the police were going to be called we are utterly disappointed with the way she mishandled the situation. As an assistant manager you should have a wealth of experience in customer service and be willing to investigate calmly first and then if necessary involve local law enforcement. Then when I went inside I was told to leave the property and threatened with the police without any consideration as to whether or not we required any assistance or were willing to apologize. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and uncivilized. Furthermore, she triggered my wife’s PTSD and sent her into a full blown mental breakdown right there. I am taking my wife to the mental hospital to receive treatment and therapy.

After following my friend here from another gas station whose air pump did not work, we were disappointed to find out that this gas station had an air pump that also did not work. We had tried numerous attempts at using our credit cards to turn the pump on and the machine kept stating pump is already in use not allowing us to turn it on. I then went inside bought two energy drinks and asked the lady Leonor if she could please turn it on for us and her co-worker who I could not see and did not come to look at me, just yelled from behind the counter, hidden behind stacks of something explained in what seemed to be a very well rehearsed manner- that they have nothing to do with those machines. “Not to turn on or payment or nothing”. They don’t operate them at all and have no access just have to call in if broken - as far as I believe legally, they have to be able to turn on the air pump when somebody asks. I reminded them that it’s not working and indeed is not allowing us to charge our cards and that they may want to call it in. The lady yelled in an irritated loud tone “ma’am! we did not know until you just told us” from behind the counter while eating something - completely unprofessional (the one whose name I did not get). I told her that it is appeared to me that she knew and was well rehearsed in her quick speech upon my asking for the air to be turned on (that they had nothing to do with those pumps, etc.) Just rude from the onset. It wasn’t like I was unwilling to pay or be a patron. As I mentioned, I bought energy drinks despite the fact that 80% of their refrigerators stated “out of order” with merchandise in it that was not cold.
I definitely will never be returning here for gas or anything else just overall unkind and unprofessional behavior.

The old man closed early, plz make changes on map if they are nor gonna go by it. He was very rude. He definitely doesn't like working here.
