My sister who is a native of Abilene called and reserved sound equipment and was greeted by salesman named Taylor who was great and friendly. Taylor began to tell my sister who is a bishop that she could pay a deposit or pay when she comes back. The other guy with the long blonde hair who was up front said no they have to pay all of it upfront because they may steal it. Assuming because they are black they have to pay upfront. This is wrong in so many ways. Abilene still has hidden prejudices. But, God knows. And now others know.

Jim did a great job with my guitar restring and was very knowledgeable and helpful.
They also were prompt to get my guitar back.

Jim was great! Came in last week doing some research on an electric guitar for our son. He had great advice and showed us plenty of guitars and let our son test out. Came back today to purchase one and Jim was very professional and took care of us. When we walked in we were greeted by all team members.
