I have been a long time customer of this location and would have recommended this location to anyone needing makeup. However, this week I had an awful experience there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I tried speaking with the manager but felt very dismissed. I called and left the owner a message, and it was never returned. Very disappointing.

I love how Laci did my hair. I rarely get my hair done but decided to support this salon. Needless to say, she will be my go to girl for my haircut in my family. She did mine and my daughter. Love it. I have wavy hair and this is what it looked like when I straightened it. Happy with the results and she was on point.

I had never used Merle Norman cosmetics before. The colors are beautiful and the products are very nice. I bought lipstick, blush, eyeshadow sticks and eye pencils. Nelda helped me and I had a good time as well! Great experience, convenient location, quality products and folks who know their beauty business! Can't wait to go back!

Five stars! Moved to Abilene and found that no one sells the brands I was using while living in the metromess. Needed some new lipstick and eye makeup. Nelda was in today and she is awesome. MN is awesome with some great colors. I am set! I will be back! I felt like I was talking to an old friend! She knew what colors would look great and was so much fun! Can’t wait until I need something else!

I scheduled an appointment with Angela for Saturday at 10. It’s 1020, I’m sitting in the salon waiting and she cancels on me. Okay, things happen. We reschedule for Tuesday at 10. She messages back and says she can’t do it until 12. Fine. She messages at 1130 the day of my appointment and says she can’t do it until 1230. I’m here, on time, sitting in the same chair where she canceled on me the first time. She hasn’t acknowledged me at all and has just started a color. I guess she thinks I’m going to sit here and wait for her all day. But I’m going to finish this review and walk out.

3 months ago I had went to a local salon and asked for an angled bob. Not only did I get butchered but even the butchered cut was terribly uneven. (I would have done better having my 5yr old granddaughter have a go at it) Let me get on with it. Today I mustered the courage to get it fixed (having grown it out). I was a walk-in at Nelda's and was was seen by Alex. Alex not only fixed my hair but the time she took to listen to my concerns, explain what she was doing next and work on a plan to achieve my ultimate goal. Go see Alex here!! She rocks!! 5 star! #alexdoesitbest
