The folks at Oak Tree Jewelers are some of the most knowledgeable, friendly and fun people I have ever had the pleasure to meet. Not only is there no pressure or upsell, they are happy to help you find help even if it is not them in the end. Who does that anymore? My purchases have all been done online, but I bet they are just as fun and friendly - if not more so - in person. If ever I am actually IN Abilene, they'll probably have to have me tossed out of the store - as if they ever would. Their original products are exquisite and their repair work unparalleled. Oak Tree not only produces quality workmanship, they take the time to educate you about the proper care and maintenance of your jewelry. Oak Tree also supports independent jewelry makers by showcasing their products in their shop, giving these creators exposure they otherwise wouldn’t have. Their shop has a cool and inclusive vibe - a much-needed establishment for our area!

Went in to get watch links taken out of a watch my boyfriend bought me somewhere else. Not only did they take the extra links out quickly - it was cheap and they stayed open past 6 to make sure they did it right & it fit. They were so nice & knowledgable. If I every need anything fixed or repaired again - FOR SURE going to them again!!

The owners of this jeweler are absolutely phenomenal. They are so nice and helpful. I love small family owned businesses and they are my go to jeweler. My normal jeweler was closed for construction so I came here to get my main stone looked at due to the prongs making it loose! They fixed the prongs and even cleaned it in under 5 minutes for FREE! Highly recommend!!
