Cindy went above and beyond my expectations to assist with the funeral program for my Father-in-law. She is truly a valuable member of the Office Depot Team! Thanks Cindy for all you do! God bless!

Office Depot in Abilene, Texas is a great place to shop. Very helpful assistance and a wide variety of merchandise. Thank you.

Thank you, Cindy, in the print department. You knocked yourself out helping me today.

Leiann, the manager, was incredibly helpful with a problem I had. She spent lots of time with me and figured out a way to solve the issue. I will continue to use the store for my business.

I guess the manager on duty Joanne answered the phone. She was rude and condescending.I was wanting to check the status of a print order. (2 document's I sent in online, about 2 P.M. today and it is now 5:00 P.M.)She said I would I have to wait for an email that my order was ready. I tried to get a word in about how it was just two documents. She just kept talking over me, I was just wanting a status update. The company has gone down hill. I would never talk to customers in that tone. (I mean I should know I used to be a CSM at another location years ago so I know how to talk to customers.

Loved service that I received from Esai, he answered my questions very professionally and helped me find the things I needed. His manager Joann, on the other hand, kicked me out under accusations that I was distracting him, and from what I could plainly see Esai was doing his job just fine. She also saw fit to point out that I had been in the store for an hour as part of her evidence for me distracting him. I was unaware that a time limit was in effect at the store. Esai is the only reason this review is not one star.

Joanne is the rudest unprofessional manager. She is rude and threatens to hit her employees infront of other employees and customers and gets so mad when a customer disagree with her corporate needs to find a new manager soon she will ruin this store.

Mrs Joann. Next time you have a problem with a customer, you could at least come say it to the customers face. But no, instead of that you had your lackey come kick me our while I was looking at stylus pens that I might have liked to buy. Also it takes a very brave woman to threaten an employee that I am speaking with from the front register, instead of addressing me directly. Be very careful in your handling of this employee. Kind regards.

The prices are absurd, the employees congregate and socialize ignoring customers. The checkout process takes forever, why so many steps in so many questions? The cashier will continuously lean into your face while checking out. Amazon from now on.

Pressed on a very short timeliness, the staff accommodated our needs in a very precise technical manner. Would go to them first next time for binding and presentation services.

I absolutely love this chain of stores. The people are mostly friendly and helpful, I think I had one bad association with an employee in Gonzales, Louisiana location. The prices are getting RIDICULOUSLY Expensive. Not just at Office Depot, but everywhere. I didn't pay $500.00 for my recliner, I definitely won't pay anywhere close to that amount for an office chair that is poorly made and uncomfortable. Other than the prices, everything else has been great. Maybe offer a military/police/ first responder discount.

I’m here all the time, I don’t ever leave negative reviews for places. But today I’d had it.I’ve witnessed many managers be demeaning and unkind to staff there, and it’s honestly unacceptable.I’m in management and there’s no reason to treat people that way.Today a manager named Jamie asked an employee named Cambri (who honestly checked me out faster than ANYONE EVER in this store) to check me out, Cambri was already logging into the register and said “yes” then Jamie responded with extreme attitude “YES MA’AM???” and forced Cambri to respond with “yes ma’am”I’m sorry but Jamie, you’re not her mother, you’re her boss and it’s not required for her to address you as ma’am. It was out of line. Someone needs to teach management how to treat their employees better.

I bought a box of Office Depot brand folders. Wanted 2 but only 1 in stock. Went back a couple of weeks later ... still none. Sign said I could save if I ordered them in-store and to ask associate. Associate said I could not order in store, had to leave store and use my phone. Tried ordering that way ... $26 for folders PLUS $10 shipping. Tried Amazon and got the exact same Office Depot brand folders for $18 and free shipping. I wonder how much Office Depot has to pay Amazon for stocking, shipping, etc. No wonder the Office Max store in town closed and no wonder Office Depot itself is struggling so much. Moral of the story: use Amazon or some other online retailer.
