Quite possibly the rudest.people i have run across i cant remember having any worse customer service.
Condescending and rude. Oh and dont try to sell items you buy there back i spent 65. On three items they gave 20 for it back unused

I love getting clothes there for my kids but I was highly disappointed when I tried to take very good name brand clothes there and only got very little back. It'll be the last time I try to take good clothes there. But other than that it is a good store for shopping for ur kidos.

I visited this children's clothing store recently, and while the selection was nice, the temperature inside was extremely uncomfortable—so hot that I felt lightheaded and had to leave quickly. I hope the store can address the ventilation or air conditioning soon, because it made what should’ve been a pleasant experience very difficult.

Disgusting store. Cockroaches every where. Each step was a crunch. Employees are rude. There is next to no selection. VERY limited. They need more inventory badly. Pricing could be better.

Overall I love this store and make sure every new mom knows about them. However, it is incredibly frustrating that when you take clothes in, they will only take one bag at a day especially when I live in Albany and so when I make trips up to Abilene it is very intentional. Also trying to make sure I have a bin or reusable bag to bring the clothes in instead of trash bag is ridiculous. What's the difference of the clothes being in a bag versus a trash bag?? Same clothes, just different bags. I mean I will even take the trash bag back when y'all are done with it, yall don't even keep the reusable ones so really, is it that hard to just take the stupid bag?? Most of the staff have been very sweet but this tattoo lady who was taking my bag of clothes today, was extremely rude and had a huge attitude about me bringing in clothes then having to go get my husband because I forgot my ID. She needs to have a check in on her attitude problem.
It's a great place to get lots of clothes for cheap and also be able to resell them but there should be a better system that works for everyone instead of making it complicated for people to bring clothes in a certain bag or container/ only being able to drop off one bag at a time. I understand if someone were to drop off a ton of bags at once but two bags is too much?! Come on.

Literally obsessed with Once Upon a Child! I find the cutest stuff for my kids for such great prices and the organization is unmatched! Can’t wait to come shop again soon!

I was able to score my son a shirt for an upcoming event for so much cheaper than what I would have paid at the event. The store was very clean and organized. I was greeted when I walked in and one employees that saw me standing in line waiting to pay stopped what she was doing and help me. Megan was the employees name and she even took the time to help me set up a new baby account.

Overpriced items , for example a pack of 32 diapers at Target is $4.85, here they have it at $6.50.Don’t even bother taking anything for sale, I brought in new , unused clothes and they said that they were outdated . They check the driver license to make sure it matches the credit cards, for a $3 transaction. Laughable ! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Is the third time visiting this place and definitely this would be the last time.
Update : I see that the person who is replying to the reviews is trying to find out my name and phone number, probably because they want me to change my review ? I can assure you that the review above is based on my personal experience visiting your store , besides , I see that you choose to be anonymous so I think I have the right to do the same. Good luck with your venture,just a suggestion as a business owner myself, a better approach when answering the reviews would be to listen to what your customers are saying rather than trying to hunt them down and trying to imply that the people who leave negative reviews are not real .

Don’t tell us when we Calle stand it would be a 3 hour wait to have your items looked at and get a price offer. No one seemed to like working there, they were rude and unprofessional

I always love coming here when I’m in need of some cute affordable clothes. I always come out spending more than I anticipated! I do wish there was a section for 9-12 months and not mixed in with 6-9. Other than that, i really do love this store!
