I have tried a couple of nail salons in town, and this is by far one of the best ones I have seen!
When you walk in the door, the air doesn't have a harsh acetone/chemical smell. The staff are very welcoming and will work with you with the design you have in mind. For me, I asked for the very simple, very natural, American manicure using dipping powder and a cute little simple paint pedicure.
Brian was my manicurist, and 'Honey' was my pedicurist. I was immediately seated at the pedicure station, served with a beverage of choice, and both worked on me at the same time. This is extremely efficient! Honey ensured the basin was clean and used a package of sterile new tools. She also wore gloves! Brian also wore gloves and a mask. I showed Brian a picture of what I wanted, and he went right to work.
He didn't disappoint! He gave me exactly what I wanted with the most natural look as possible! Honey took extreme care and made my feet feel like new again. I was highly impressed!
In terms of price, it was very reasonable for what I wanted. It was a $110 +tax. The only small downside is that they didn't offer a military discount.
I would recommend this nail salon, and I look forward to using more of their services!

Everyone is so nice and I feel so welcomed. They give me exactly what i ask for and fit me in any time I need. They serve whole hearted and that's all I can ask for. 10/10 for service, clean and peaceful environment. My #1 spot by far!!!

Rushing me as soon as get there. They had a hard time understanding. I informed the guy doing my manicure he left 2 nails way uneven and you could tell, told me he would fix it just for him to come back ask me which nails and just hand me the nail file to do my self. Did not get to enjoy my pedicure because they were trying to rush me the whole time there. Very disappointed since I had previously loved going.

30 minutes from start to finish! Pedicure was very rushed and not worth the $70.

The first time I came here I had a great experience and my nails lasted a month. My second experience was not great. I asked for glitter powder like every nail salon has. She used a powder with no glitter and just said she would add a clear coat of glitter at the end? Then she charged me $95. She never said it would be extra for her decision to add a clear coat. 4 days later 3 nails just popped off. I went back to have them fixed a week later all of them started to lift. I still gave a tip so $100 for nails that I didn’t like and they couldn’t even last 2 weeks. I won’t be coming back here.

Got nails done and not very happy with results. They didn’t fill to the end of my nail and one of the stickers came off the second day of wearing. Worst part is I had to pay $95 (not including tip) for this when I could’ve done better with $15 press ons. That was my first time at OPI and probably won’t be going back.

My go to nail salon. Everything in this salon is top notch and very courteous and friendly. While maintaining proper treatment of clients. Very professional yet personal too and knows u by name the owner.

I just got my nails done here for the very first time. They did an amazing job and the staff was so helpful in helping me understand what I needed to do and what was going on. Amazing place and I would highly recommend

Customer service needs lots of work. Owner is so rude, she doesn’t give you time to speak. The lady doing my pedicure was not happy that I chose a basic pedicure AND anytime she needed my attention she’d say ‘hey’ and tap my leg. My shellac polish on my hands is so lumpy. This is not my first time there and it seems like there is always an issue. I will say this is the place to go if you are in a group of three or more. They normally have a lot of workers on hand. That was why we went yesterday but like I said, there’s always an issue. I can say WE will not be returning to OPI.

Nails and massage were done perfectly but in grown toe nail not removed. Will have to go back to other salons who do it along with my manicure..

This is my go to salon but today was not a good experience to start off. I went in for a gel pedicure and manicure. The guy that did my toes was so good but a newer lady came over to do my nails. She started by removing my old polish (not soaking them), just trying to scrape them until Demi told her to wrap them. She looked annoyed but wrapped them and only let it sit for a minute before removing it and scraping it off with her fingernail!! This is NOT how my experience has ever been here and I finally asked for someone else to do my nails because that is not sanitary and I didn't want my nails messed up. As she was walking away, she said something and all of the techs turned and looked at me. My nails were done by someone else and turned out so good as usual. The other lady needs to be trained better though.

First time coming here, was recommended to come here I got a gel set and was satisfied with the color after that it didn't go very well with the design & after math as the gel is not on my full nail as it should be and gel around my finger than wasn't offered anything to drink maybe it was the type of attire I walked in with but note to say love the salon but maybe not a good day to go in. Not a good vibe as well.
