The owner needed me to repair a part for him, and instead of sending me the broken part so I could work on it for him, or him requesting a refund because he didn't need the service anymore, he decided to file a dispute with his payment institution instead. He could have just sent the part to me and he would've been happy with it or ask me for a refund like an adult, and it would've been just fine. I would certainly never do business here even if I had no other choice.

They greated me with a smile and were friendly. They got on the problem with my truck and before I knew it they were done I would recommend them they are very Knowledgeable. I appreciate yall very much.

Ken Perry is an honest man. I took my pickup in for what I perceived to be a problem with my brakes and Ken drove my truck and advised me that what I was concerned about is inherent in the vehicle. No charge. He did not take advantage of the situation and want to change an arm and a leg to fix a problem that wasn't there. Ken definitely earned my respect and I highly recommend him for any vehicle repairs.

Vince and Perry are hands down the best and most ethical and honest mechanics in The Big Country! As a single mom, it's nice to know they will never take advantage of me. They are always able to assess, diagnose, and fix the problem with my car. And, they get the work done in a timely manner. My teen also takes his 4x4 truck to them! They know their stuff!!!

Needed brakes checked/replaced. Perry was very informative and willing to help, his guys took care of me in just a few hours. Reasonable pricing that you won’t find at a dealership. Absolutely recommend.

Great place. We have our oil changed here. The last time, they pointed out that we still had 2000 miles to go, we were looking at the wrong sticker. I appreciate their honesty.

Ken & his crew were spot on. Will definitely be back. Numerous issues on several vehicles, and he took them one at a time. Discussed any & all changes to requested job orders. Some were more necessary. Some were less necessary and were put on hold due to being minor. I enjoy when folk save me $$$.
