Horrible customer service. I've been a loyal customer since opening and will not be back. Took a dead fish back just to get griped at by the employee. This is not my first day owning fish. I was not asking for a hand out. I pay for my stuff. Thanks anyway. I went right to petsmart where I was treated better.rude employee was jaime.

I have been coming here loyally for years & have Always loved it, until my most recent experience. I bought an item on 9/29/23, the associate that helped me was AMAZING I believe her name was Jaime. However she told me that if the item did not work I could return it with a fullll refund. Well sure enough the item did not work for my pet, so I returned it on Sunday 10/1/23. Before doing the return I called that morning to make sure the info I got was correct, I was told in the phone if I return it with my receipt and since it had only been 2 days then yes I would get a full refund. I took the item to the store the cashier started my return and had to call the managers name a total of 7 times before he looked up briefly, she again said his name and myself and the clerk both had to wave him over. His name is Drew. I explained to him again why I was returning the item, & showed my receipt he then told me he could not give me a refund only store credit. I told him I had spoken to multiple people who stated I could get a refund and he refused to do so handing me a gift card for store credit. I informed him this would not be okay as I now have to take my pet to the vet and I need my money back as I spend well over $100. I contacted corporate who also stated their policy is in fact a full refund no matter the price of the returned item. That if I refused store credit I should have in fact received my money back. I was told I would get a call from the general manager within 24-48 hours. Well I never got a call. However I have been keeping contact with corporate who keeps stating the GM keeps closing out my case. It has now been a week. I am very irritated that I am being brushed under the rug and I am demanding that someone contact me about my refund and my money be put back on my card because this is ridiculous. I will be contacting corporate for the 5th time today. It’s sad I loved this store and am a rewards member, but after this I will not be back

I was once a very regular and loyal customer, however I will not step foot back into any Petco due to my experience here. On my recent visit I noticed a terrible smell upon entering. The staff members were not friendly. After finalizing someone to purchase fish for our tank at home, I was questioned about my size of tank, how long I had had it, and ultimately they refused to sell me 6 fish under 1 inch each and two microscopic shrimp for a currently fishless 5 gallon tank with established water. The young and unfriendly employee (wish I had gotten her name) acted as if I was a fish abuser and called two other employees over. Gabby the “manager” was just as unhelpful. I didn’t realize that purchasing fish was going to lead to an interrogation and ultimate refusal. It is actually humorous, because just six months prior I had adopted a kitten from the same location without any questions being asked. I would not recommend this Petco location due to cleanliness, extremely poor customer service and bizarre ethics.

Very organized and had everything I went in for. Selection was great and they carry Native products, which is a huge plus for my pets!

We always get our dog groomed here and I’ve never had an issue until recently. Somehow my Petco account got merged with my parents account (who live in Utah) so when my dog has been ready the past few times they haven’t been calling us they have been calling my parents.Since we knew of this issue we brought our dog in on Saturday 9/23/23 and told Skylar about this issue and had him write down the correct number and confirmed with him multiple times that he was going to call us when our dog was ready. After waiting 5 hours I decided to check with my parents who are elderly and do not answer phone calls from unknown numbers. They had a voicemail about our dog where Skylar identified himself with the status of our dog. When we went to pick up our dog I waited at the grooming counter for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged that I was there. When I asked to speak with a manager a man who had walked past me several times while I was waiting was brought to me. I was only given a customer service phone number so I could get the account situated but it was not addressed how they would be handling how their employee Skylar wasted our time. This was a very frustrating experience and I feel like my concerns were not heard with the on duty manager.

Awesome experience with VETCO vaccination clinic! Also awesome, friendly, and helpful staff at the store! They even made it easy to retrieve a purchase I accidentally left behind! Absolutely love this store! Thank you so much! ????? ??

Great groom for my doodle! They gave the cut exactly as we asked in a good amount of time, and with a fair price. Definitely recommend for doodles and all doggos alike!

The people here DO NOT care about reptiles. Snakes need to be put on jungle bedding or something similar not Aspen as it just dries them out and makes shedding painful. Corporate contacted them and it got better for like a week and then went back to the same thing. Ball pythons need 50 percent or higher humidity (and that's on the low end) and they have them at 30 percent or lower. Look at the poor gecko ? he has stuck shed and they don't care. The snake simply needs a moist towel and a day, and that shed could be gone. It's painful for creatures to be in a stuck shed. This can even cause them to go blind. PETCO YOU NEED TO HIRE PEOPLE THAT CARE ABOUT ANIMALS. NOT IDIOTS THAT JUST TALK ABOUT STORE POLICY AND WHAT THEY CANT DO. EVERYONE WHO WORKS AT THIS STORE YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES AND I WISH IT WAS YOU IN THE TANK AND NOT THEM.

Took our puppy to her very first grooming appointment, only for them to call us 5 mins after leaving saying our dog was thrashing too much to be groomed. Mind you, my wife and I have had to use clippers with her to clean her up as she was a rescue, and all it took was a little attention and love to get her to tolerate it. I don’t think they even tried to do her grooming or make it a good first experience for her. She’s only 25 lbs and not an aggressive breed, so I feel like they didn’t try at all. A huge waste of time and a lunch hour gone to be called within 5, yes FIVE minutes of leaving the store to come get her. Again, I am not a professional but I’ve been able to manage some light grooming and we’ve even bathed her, just took a little more TLC that they were clearly unwilling to give. Look for a local groomer who cares about their work.

Went in and found a dog exercise yard and wanted to price match it for what is online. They said they couldn't and even tho I could order it online and pick up same day I had to go through the ordering process so I could get it as the online price. Had to at an extra 10 min for the head cashier person to come and approve or so we could get it. Then after it was all said and done, we were finally able to leave but had to jump through hoops just to get it.

Groomers are good and take care of my pup. Skyler's the best!!! We've had Dalton too and he's good too. These guys care and really seem to enjoy their job
