They went above and beyond when we hit a deer and needed repairs! We will definitely be back if go forbid we need them again.

The team at PC was fantastic. I give them a 10 out of 10! They really won me over when they were able to get my repairs done with my limited time frame. The communication with their staff was always great and they were easy to work with. The repairs were perfect and my car was done on time as they promised.

Mike and the guys at Phoenix collision are awesome. I hit a deer in my car and they got it fixed and back to me in a timely manner. They do great work and will help u through the process. And answer questions you have. I highly recommend Phoenix collision.

Phoenix was chosen as the repair facilty by out fleet service Element back in September 2023. They never answer the phone and never return anyones calls to schedule the estimate. Still trying to reach them. Must be so busy they do not need more business?

I am fortunate to have one of my vehicles repaired at this body shop ooTreadway. The owners are Christian and my car looks impecable. Does being a Christian make a difference.? I would say so. Yes.! Tony is the owner on site and he has been my go to person throughout my experience with this orthepedic nightmare. He responses have always been encouraging and I will keep praying for you. I always leave feeling like I have gotten part of me back. He was conservative in estimating the body work and still gave me a break on other install parts. He is always willing to listen and his body shop staff focuses on their skill set in repairing a car to gem quaility . I have a 2002 f150 Harley and a 2008 Charger that I will take to Tony. He is another Dr. Joseph Crumblis . I review everything I have done in Abilene since moving here from Dallas. My experience with Abilene business owners has always been great.

Scheduled car to be repaired on a date over three months out to coincide with absence and was told that it would easily be repaired that week we were scheduled. We dropped off the car and came back to pick it up the next week only to find out that it had not been touched and we were never notified. Granted these were not big repairs. These were small repairs and could’ve been done and completed quickly, but the biggest disappointment is that all the planning had been done and assurances were given, but they did not keep their word.
