Don't waste your time. I don't recommend.
I didn't like the cash decisions that they make. They want to give you crap 3.50 for a good hand bag, yet they accept shoes that are dirty in their store and ugly purses that are not even worth the price. You won't like the prices they give you for nice clothes.

This place is a joke, staff isn’t helpful at all too busy chatting amongst themselves. I’ve tried selling here multiple times and literally they take maybe 2 things and give less than $5 for them. Done wasting my time or energy coming here!

Cute finds and lots of variety! I haven’t sold anything here yet, but maybe one day. Staff is supremely helpful and kind, which makes browsing even better. Ps no refunds on shoes, double check the shoes. Also the shoes are in order by style from heels to boots to men’s (sizes mixed in).

Do not waste your time going here. All those theories about Plato's being a money laundering scheme are likely true- the never accept brand new clothes and will pick the worst things out of your clothes and say okay here's $2... Really? I bring in clothes and you say there is staining and wear, yet they haven't been worn at all or worn once. Better off just using Facebook Marketplace. If you have nasty child labor .25¢ crop tops from Shein WITH STAINING though, they'll love you! DO NOT BRING ANYTHING OF VALUE!

Huge fan of Plato’s! Shopping and selling is so easy! They have great deals on my favorite brands and I love that I can trade my stuff in! Staff is super friendly as well!

So I bought a pair of shoes the other day not realizing that they were selling broken, damaged merchandise, (not the first time I saw a damaged shoes they were selling, so I always check the sole and straps on the shoes at the seams) but these i bought, the shoes wrap around your ankel and had 2 metal parts to them, I didn't realize the most important metal part, where you place it in the hole on the strap to keep it fastened was missing on 1 of the shoes. So I brought it back the next day, have my receipt and the stickers on them, the manager refused to help with the situation. All she kept saying was sorry. May have been our fault , something we missed but we can't do returns on shoes, our policy. All I wanted to do was make an exchange, it was only $8 but that's not the point, they are selling damaged merchandise, something i can't use due to the part missing, I don't understand how a business can just not care at all about their failure, making the customer happy, fix the situation, just allow an exchange for simple $8, which won't make or brake them, but would rather upset their customer, a repeat customer, allow this to happen where I have to publicly call them out on how they treat customers, don't care about their products they sell and want to actually fix the problem but would rather keep $8 for their sale and not fix the problem or make their customers happy and satisfied.

Not gonna lie I expected a lot more. I brought a bunch of good brand names clothes for teenagers and they took 6 things. Got $11 for it after waiting for it over 30 minutes. Very clean store and nice workers though.
