Morgan, Cambria , Kacie are all ways so helpful and pleasant to work with me … I personally would rate this location 5 +++ and have recommended this location to many people… it’s hard to find now days people that are not just friendly .. but can answer any questions I may have , solutions along with resolution and all with smiles … not rushed

Do not bank here! They (Morgan) will screw up your consumer loans, charge you a full penalty of $199 to close a $10,000 CD that only had 3 days left on the CD and wouldn’t even waive the fee, this is why we have pulled ALL of our CD’s from this bank, they DO NOT care how long you have had an account, savings, loans or CDS there they will rip you off, extremely RUDE customer service, you can even get anyone’s account number, all you have to do is just stand in one of the lobbies and they will repeat it back to the customer on the phone. We have pulled most of our accounts due to stupidity and lack of respect for account owners. Save your self and DO NOT bank here!

I highly recommend prosperity bank on Antilley in Abilene Texas.
Ms. Morgan Appleton answered all my questions and was very professional and knowledgeable. Ms. Appleton made me feel comfortable setting up my checking account. Great customer service and beautiful building.
