I lived here for a year and it was amazing. Best quality in Abilene for the price. You get way more than with other places. However; and I never do this, but they never answer their phone. There's even an option for a call back and they never do. It's been quite frustrating. Other than that it's a nice place.

I’ve lived here almost a year and I have had no issues with the apartment I live in. A/C and heat work well. They have weekly groundskeepers to maintain the area and do monthly bug sprays durning the summer months.
