I had to come here to get lab work done and the lady who took my blood for my labwork was so friendly. She was very talkative, which I enjoy. It’s better than a grouch. I told her I get queasy with needles & she kept my mind busy with asking questions & she made it so easy. I didn’t get light headed or hot, & it didn’t even hurt (I don’t do needles, so I hate when the stick happens, but she was really good at what she did). She was so good. I can’t say enough good things. Check in was easy. Making the appointment was easy.

The last two times I have been here, Jaimie has been my care provider. I cannot overstate how fantastic she has been. Very understanding of my needle phobia, extremely sweet and personable. If I could give six stars I would.

went in for a hair follicle drug test and instead of spreading out the clipping took all from one spot now i have a 5 inch bald spot on top my head.

They are always fast and friendly. I have personally ever had a problem with them In many years. Drawing blood has never hurt my arm either.They know what they're doing. Great job.Self check in is not an issue either. Fairly simple set up.

Wonderful! Checked in as a walk in. Called back in less than 2 minutes. Phlebotomist one painless stick. Out of there start to finish in 10-12 min with the nicest most competent staff.

I've been to this location a few times, and was fortunate enough to get Jaimie as my lab tech. She is super friendly, grntle with her blood draws, and very efficient! I was in and out of there so fast every time. Thank you so much! Will definitely be back if I ever need anything done!

I went to the only place (Quest Diagnostics) in Abilene that Sterling uses for a pre-employment drug screen (5 panel pee and dip) that isn't time consuming for them. I went there and they were closed for lunch. I came back a few minutes before 3pm and their kiosk to check in was not functioning. Finally, a woman came to the lobby at about 7 to 8 minutes after 3pm. I pointed out the kiosk issue and she tried to troubleshoot it for a while because it was not charging. After she finally gave up, she turns to me and says they only do drug screens until 3pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and that I'd have to come back at a later date.

Went to Quest with my lab request from my Dr on July 21st of 21. Never heard from my Dr, so I called him and they said they didnt receive any results. This was like 2 weeks later. I called Quest here in Abilene to check and see what was happening. The 1st three times I called, and sat through the grueling 2 minutes of Covid warnings, then pushed the appropriate selections for the correct "dept" which basically a lady sitting at the front desk, it rang and rang until I got the message "this person has a voicemail that has not yet been set up". WTH??? The 4th try I got a person. I gave her my info, she couldn't find me in the "system", so she took my number and said she would call me back after some "research". Of course, there was no call back. So I called them back the NEXT day and asked again if they could find my labs, also reminding them that they were supposed to return my call and didn't. Anyway, she looked again, couldn't find me told ME to call Dallas, I guess which is the HQ for Quest. And Im thinking, "no, why dont YOU call Dallas?" So I called and I sat on hold for 38 minutes, never got through- they have the thing to where they call YOU back if you punch in your number to avoid sitting on hold, so I did that. Of course again, NO return call. I got on the website, created an account, and submitted my info that way; THEY also didnt have my info. I vanished. This place is a joke. Never again am I wasting my time and taking the risk of using them with my vital info.

The lab service part was fine. Getting to the service and then paying the bill was borderline insanely stupid. The automated system hang up on me when I tried to use it to pay over the phone. The online payment site let me enter my visa card info and then said my card type was not accepted. I called 3 times to get this issue fixed. First call hung up on me after the person tried to transfer me to a supervisor when she couldn't tell me if the phone system could take my card or not. The second call hung up on me when I chose option 1 to enter my card info. And the last call went thru another customer service person and then to over the phone pay, I have no idea if it will succeed though, my confidence is very low in your whole system. Also the appointment system is useless over the automated phone system. Figuring out available times from a robot speaking out a single time slot at a time that I picked from thin air was not working. It should at least be able to give the next available slot without me having to guess thru them all up to that point. I just hope that this survey will be open to the public as new patients need to be aware of the issues they are in for with quest. I think I will post this on a public seen survey also. Thanks.

Sent an Employee there this morning to get a UA after an accident. Employee walked in with paperwork and the Only Quest employee there walked away and did not come back out. My employee was there 20 minutes before calling me and asking what to do. This is the third time we have tried to use this Location, same results every time! My next call will be to our home office to see if we can get another testing facility set up as a National account. We have 2,200 employees nationwide. Terrible service and wouldn't recommend this location to anyone! Waste of time going there.

RIDICULOUS !!! I have to do a simple ua i checked in at this place and they tell me it will be a hour wait for a simple 2 minute ua. If your a employer you should take your business more serious and take your business elsewhere!!!
