Would not recommend going here. I’d rather go to Walmart have my car done than ever go here they take 45 hours to do a oil change and they try to get you to buy all this extra stuff that you don’t need and a half a** job do not recommend going here to get service done save your money and go somewhere else

This Quicklane is so hit or miss. My first experience in May of 2021 was horrible. I spent all day and took 2 trips fighting with them about where my locking lug nut key was (brand new vehicle and it was in the manual, which I told them repeatedly). After all that they did give me a free service which I redeemed recently. That experience was okay, it did take 3 hrs but they were able to shuttle me home and pick me up when my vehicle was done. Today I took my husband's truck for an oil change and tire rotation, whenever I call they say it's going to be a 3 hr wait so I showed up 30 minutes before they opened and when they finally did open I was told they aren't taking anyone today because they had computer issues yesterday. I am so frustrated with this place. We have been trying to use our Ford points from buying our vehicles then we will be going elsewhere but you can't even get in to get serviced so you can use your points. Bottom line, if you don't have to come here don't.Service: Oil change

All of the change was stolen from my car while getting an oil change. I called the manager to complain and he said it was probably the transients that roam the parking lot. I asked him to find it on the security cameras and he stated they have none. He further stated that his guys are paid so much that he didn't think they would have done it.So, manager is clueless and no security cameras for the entire building, inside or out. I won't be taking my vehicle there again.Service: Oil change

Came here for an oil change, they wanna tell me I gotta pay 100 bucks extra for an oil change that don’t even cost 100 bucks to begin with, because they can’t fit my 45,000 dollar van in there bay. My 45,000 dollar FORD van. Won’t be back to this Ford dealer!

I've been using Quick Lane for well over 5 years. I've had 5 different vehicles serviced here. And for over 5 years, I have been getting 4 star service. No complaints at all, except they can be slow. My oil change 4 months ago was $50. Today they wanted $81. Are you kidding me? Is inflation the reason for a 62% price increase? Yes, I went somewhere else, and got it done cheaper. But I'm still sad. I liked the service I got at Quick Lane. They served me well for over 5 years. Oh well, we'll see what happens.Service: Oil change

Quick Lane has served me wonderfully for well over 5 years. I've had 5 different vehicles serviced here. Why? Great service at a fantastic price. I've told all my friends about Quick Lane. Well, that has changed. I had an oil change 4 months ago. With coupon, $50. I went in today. With coupon, $81. What the hell happened? Yes, I know what inflation is. But raising your price 62% in 4 months? Talk about price gouging your customers! No, they did not change my oil. Yes, I went somewhere else, and with coupon, got it done cheaper. And a whole lot faster. But this still makes me sad. I liked the service I got at Quick Lane. With the exception of one counter person, I liked all the guys that worked there. Oh well, life, and business goes on. See ya!

Honest guys. Don't just suggest work for no reason. Kinda slow though but they are usually busy working.
