When I think of customer service perfection, Nickie comes to mind as one of the best experiences I have ever had from first call to the lovely welcome gift and conversation. Rhodes is friendly and does fast work. Definitely call them for insurance needs.

I did not know at the time I called into Rhodes Insurance for a quote just a few months ago that I would be with such an amazing group of people who care about the needs of their customers no matter what type of policy you are needing. Big or small, I can trust this group for all my insurance needs and feel confident that they have provided me with every option they can to make sure I have not only what I am needing, but most importantly what I can afford. Gary Rhodes (yes, we’re related, yes I’m a proud sister…but that’s not why I rate Rhodes Insurance Agency and my big bro!with 5 stars) is amazing. He just spent over an hour with me basically saving me money while increasing coverage on auto and renter’s, and answering all my questions. He is authentically a genuine good human being and would do right by anyone…not just his little sister!!!! He is patient and kind….just like my dad and grandpa…just like Chenoa and Nikki. They’re good people.

I've been with Rhodes for 19 years now. The nicest people you have ever met, and I mean that. The year my husband was dying and I was in grad school, things got away from me and I didn't/couldn't make my payment. They made it for me, until I could get down there and handle it. Who does that, lol? Talk about Christian Values!! Someone who really means what they say! They walk the walk. I love these people.

I had this huge crack on my windshield, and my insurance agent (& brother!), Gary Rhodes (Junior) at Rhodes Insurance Agency reminded me of the glass coverage on the sweet policy he helped me get last summer when my insurance was up for renewal. It turns out I only have a $50 deductible and I can get my windowshield replaced (I forgot I had that coverage and was just watching the crack grow ). The thing about Gary is--even if he wasn't my bro--he would work hard to find amazing coverage/affordable policies for everyone and anyone in Texas!! He is a people person, he listens, and he always goes out of his way to help customers through claims/policy shopping, etc. He patrons his clients' businesses in Abilene. He treats people like family, and that means something because he's done stuff like drive 40 minutes to help me change a tire when I was in college. So, contact my big brother at Rhodes Insurance Agency for your insurance needs!!

He was very helpful, friendly, professional and got back to me very quickly when I have a question or concern. He found a good plan for me.
