They have had my Nissan pathfinder for 5 months and I paid 6,000$ and still no vehicle or answer on when it might be repaired. Something about programming issues

Had a transmission rebuilt through them ,and little over a year later after and under 20,000 miles it blew again. it had a upgraded torque converter and coolant bypass done to it. They wouldn't cover it, because it the one year warranty was out. so it cost another roughly $4700 the second time. apparently the battery was bad when they rebuilt it the second time and come to find out it was the original battery.Service: Transmission

I was going on a business trip, and unfortunately my gearbox broke, And so it happened that I got here, and here are just not understanding people who have no conscience, and I don't even understand where they get such cosmic prices from, the bottom line is that I had a new gearbox, which only needed to be replaced, that is, that damage should be removed, and in its place to install this new one, which I gave them, and what do you think? he said only to change my box, from old to new, it will cost me $2100 just think about it $2100 just for them to remove my faulty box, and they will put this new one, which I myself have given, without any other job, I have never been so angry and disappointed in a person, there must be at least something human, some understanding of the situation, not just one material benefit, sorry, but I had to write it, maybe it will help someone save nerves, time, and money

The transmission on our 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer felt like it was slipping so I took the blazer to Ronnie Smith Transmission. Chris Smith, the Service Writer told me the worse case scenario cost could be over $3300. He said that he would run a diagnosis check first. The diagnostic check stated that my transmission was working fine and gave me a list of possible mechanical problems for a mechanic to check out. The diagnostic check only cost $169, saving me from spending over $3000. Thank you for your honest business practice.

I took my 2018 Chevy Colorado for a transmission shutter. They preformed a computer diognostic test drive and determined the fluid was likely the issue. They did a flush with new fluid and it has preformed fine since. While other shops could have tried to sell me a rebuild, they were very fair and professional. Highly recommend them.Service: Transmission

Chris Smith, worked on my husbands truck and did a phenomenal job. We hands down recommend him and this shop over any others. The shop was able to get the truck in, diagnose the problem, and repair it in a very timely manner. We thought it was a transmission problem and turns out it wasn’t, but they found the problem and were willing to take the time to explain everything to us. After explaining he got us a detailed list of things to fix with prices- what needed to be done now and the things that could wait. My husband has gotten the truck back and driven over 300 miles without any problems. Thanks Chris and the team for all of y’all’s help getting the truck back up and running! Shop was also clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend.Services: Electrical repair

I came in about a year ago to fix shifting problems on my ram 2500 they told me a complete transmission rebuild would be best and fix my issues I had to take my truck back 3 times after In which they put “2 new transmissions” in it just for them to tell me the last time I brought it that it wasn’t a transmission issue at all and was an ecu problem “not covered by warranty” after which they told me it would cost another 1000 dollars after spending 3k on the transmission work that was MISDIAGNOSED I tried to call multiple times about trying to get a better rate or to fix the problem for free since I was misdiagnosed and had to bring it back multiple times just for them to tell me there is nothing they can do about working with me on a better rate since “misdiagnosis’ happen” I still have shifting problems and I feel as there is nothing I can do since my warranty has expired.Service: Transmission

Bought a rebuilt transmission from them over a year ago that I’ve finally been able to put in a car. Once installed it leaked out of pan seal and electrical connection and doesn’t shift properly.Replaced electrical connections due to when the transmission was rebuilt that old one was not replaced to see if that fixed issue. It did not fix shifting issue but at least fixed the leak when I used a good seal and new harness. This transmission has less than 100 miles on it and will be taking to a different shop to diagnose as they were going to charge a fee as it’s out of warranty due to when I bought it.My fault for taking so long to get this project finalized but I expected the transmission to last at least a mile.
