Belinda the manager is rude. I spoke with a different lady stating be in to make a payment and Belinda called back with attitude stating she is the manager. Demanding a time. I politely said today when I get off. She kept saying Belinda the manager very unprofessional I will be paying off my loan in 7 days and will never return. Customer service has declined. I work in a professional setting and this has no core values.

I called today and spoke with Patricia. Patricia helped make the process so smooth. Belinda was my saving grace. Every loan place in Abilene denied me expect she gave me a chance. She was such a blessing on this mamas hard day! Thank you ladies. Definitely will recommend to everyone!!!
