“Over the last 10 years, I have had a great experience with Sitzes Self-Storage.
The facility is fully fenced and carefully monitored. The entrance gates are always secure, and easy to access. In terms of the units, they are well-maintained and spacious.
In addition, the new manager, Chris Rodriquez, is very pleasant and extremely helpful. He always explained pricing plans very well, and made the closing out of one unit very smooth and effortless.
In other words, I would highly recommend Sitzes Self-Storage to anyone wanting a safe and secure unit, as well as excellent and efficient customer service.”

“I’ve gotten a storage room here twice. Both times it has been an easy and satisfying experience. This was not built in a day and thrown up as available. This is a well thought out and well built storage facility with air conditioning, flat carts at every entrance, automatic lights, and they even have some music playing when you walk in. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Just one heads up, in my experience, they like to raise rents every quarter or so to keep up with the market. Even still the price is worth it. I recommend this storage facility.”

“I highly recommend STONEGATE STORAGE!! The staff has been so pleasant to work with... always polite, helpful and friendly!! The unit I rented was clean, and so were the grounds. Getting in and out was a breeze, and there is plenty of space to navigate the my pickup! The door to my unit was always so easy to open and close, and all my things were absolutely secure. I needed the use of this unit for several months, and when I was ready to check out, the process was very simple. ....And again, the staff was extremely polite and helpful! Highly recommend!!”

“This is the best place to have a storage. it's in the center of everywhere I work around Abilene, tx. I keep my tools there like it's my tool box. Its clean, not to big, & just off the hiway. I had an ex boyfriend break into my unit and he stole all my tools. Well before I knew what had happened the storage place had already started an investigation, they fixed the door, they replaced the locked. Got ahold of me so I could report the incident. They are sharing footage they have with the law so I can get him for theft of building and maybe get my tools back. Watch out ex I highly recommend the Storage Place to anyone looking to store there belongings. Watch out ex-boyfriend. The Storage Place was watching you!!!”

“Cheaper rated than others. Not to fond of the rent increase and late fee increases, when honestly the customer service hasn't changed and the unit is not any different so do t see the reason for it. Units do have electricity....if they would install new bulbs in the units that'd be awesome. Gated access which would be more awesome if it was 24 hours access. I don't like that I can only access my stuff between 7 am and 9 pm. But overall been a decent storage yard.”
