Do not use this place for repairs. I dropped my singer heavy duty machine off to be repaired ( a problem with the needle rod slipping) on July 29th 2022, as of November 29th 2022, I still do not have my machine back. I have called the store several times and been told a different reason for not having my machine ready every time. Last call I was told they would contact their repair man and they would call me back, I have nerve heard from them again. I would like to get my machine back, but repair man has it. I have come to conclusion I will never see my machine again.

I took my Bernette to this shop to have the needle threader adjusted. In order to have that done, I had to leave the machine and have it cleaned and oiled when the repairman came in. Approximately 2 weeks later I received an email that the machine was repaired. I brought the machine home and had the same issue with the threader as when I took it to be repaired. I returned to the shop with my machine after being informed over the phone that threaders were difficult to learn how to use. (I've had my machine for 3+years and had no previous issues using the threader. ) Molly sat down to show me how to use the threader. She had difficulty doing so and proceeded to blame the thread and the needle. She suggested we try a different thread but then said she didn't have any. She removed the threader and used her thumbnail to pry it open more. She did get it to thread the needle every so often and told me "I don't know what to tell you, it works for me." I said it shouldn't be that hard and she said that's how they are. I left feeling very frustrated. I located another shop and within 10 minutes the gentleman there had adjusted my machine and the needle threader works every time! I paid $97 dollars to SEW and still had the same issue I took the machine there for! I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is a wonderful shop for sewing enthusiasts and specializes in Bernina machines. The ladies are knowledgeable, experienced, and patient. Just a stroll through is inspiration for endless creative ideas. The Bernina machines range from beginner to career professional in sophistication with plenty of on-site support for your journey. I believe this year marks the 125th year and 4th generation of family making these Swiss machines.
