Dissatisfied with customer service, techs came out diagnosed issue got parts came back out and fixed the problem, however the temperature was never warm enough (not even close to what it used to be) since the “fixed issue”, multiple calls trying to find out why it wasn’t warming up enough even though it said 104, was told numerous times that is as hot as it is supposed to get (which BTW barely felt as warm as a tub bath) they sent techs out again to evaluate the problem, we paid for charges but still no fix, still did not feel warm enough, called in again was never told we could override the setting of 104 they sent techs out again another $195 and they did get it hotter (only 106) but feeling very frustrated and dissatisfied that we had to have them come twice for same complaint and pay twice when they could have resolved the issue the first time!!!

Very little selection of snow ski gear and I felt over guided on selection. Like they expected me to know nothing about what I was buying which is not the case.

These guys are great!! We are new to the are and new to owning a pool table and Curtis and his team did an outstanding job. We opt'd for the profession felt and when it was installed it wasn't exactly how the owner (Curtis) wanted it. It is an older table and not a lot of people own this style. Instead of making me pay for another round of felt, they covered it themselves. And re-felted my table along with moving it into an area I felt fit our needs better. THESE PEOPLE ARE WONDERFUL!! Treated me like a valued customer even tho it was my first time interacting with them. I highly recommend them for your gaming and clothing needs! Thank you Curtis and Team, Have a customer for Life!

Don't wear ski clothes, but for billiard accessories, this place is awesome. Everyone there is knowledgable, kind and energetic. The prices are unbelievably affordable considering their stock. Yes, cheaper than online. Their onsite service guy does not shy away from sharing his know- how. Awesome experience!
