She was too busy talking to non customers, didn’t start my hair till 30 minutes after my appointment, messed up my color and bleached to much of my hair I went in from 12-8 and she didn’t even bother blow drying it walked out with soaking wet hair

I walked in about 2:30 and asked if there was any availability and they were able to book me for 3:40. I had to wait a little while after my appointment time, but considering the number of people that were coming and going I understood the wait.

Lady who did haircut was nice but I asked specifically for hair not to look certain way and it did. Didn't notice difference until after hair dried and we got home.

Terri did an awesome job !! Thank you very much !!! I decided to go a little purple and I like what I got !! Purple is my favorite color just trying something new !! You did great Terri !!! I liked it so much I had it done again and it turned out better than the first time; she a color that really works with my silver hair !! YIPPEE !!
