We didn't have to wait on a wait list to get our 17 month old in, which was a huge blessing because every other day care in town has a wait list, and I'm pretty sure they are not even keeping track on who is on it, because we have been on almost all of them for almost 8 months. I was nervous at first, because she had never been to a day care. It was your typical baby response, sad and angry at first, but now I feel like she is thriving. All the teachers know her by name when we come in the morning and the director is very nice and very knowledgeable! I like that they update you on the app throughout the day and even send pictures. They do cute activities, and they get fed throughout the day, which I love because it means I don't have to pack lunch or snacks. There have been a few incidents, like my daughter fell and scraped her knee, but they handle it pretty well imo. You have to sign a paper that shows when and what happened and how it was handled, and the director is informed. Also sometimes they don't register that she is there until awhile later, and I just wait sometimes in the parking lot until they do because they check in the toddlers under 2 I think, while over 2 year olds parents sign them in on a tablet. I know they are busy in the mornings , but i can't just wait for long because I go to work. You can speak directly with the director though the app or with the director and teacher though, so sometimes I just ask them to check her in and they do it. I trust the girls here and they accept CCS which is great for us! My daughter is almost 2 now and she has been learning things there that we didn't teach her, like her ABC's song and counting to 20 ! I also like their hours of operation. I am glad we found Tina and her staff. We really appreciate y'all so much. I highly recommend this day care :) End of the story, i trust them with my baby. That's all that matters.

A tasking feat for parents is to find a childcare center that you feel you can trust one of life’s most precious gifts with. Thankfully, we have found this with the Abilene center. From the director to each teacher they put in the extra effort to understand the children’s individual needs along with meeting parents realistic expectations. For us, we greatly appreciate Tina, Sami, Triniti, Tori & Camryn who our child must tell bye to everyday, proving the positive influence they have on him.

Our experience with the South Willis location was not consistent with what our family knew of the Kindercare standard. The bathrooms routinely had dried poop on the tank and on multiple occasions I gagged walking in the front door from the smell of urine. The level of laziness in not properly cleaning or sanitizing carried over into the way my child was treated. I saw teachers texting almost daily and for weeks during drop off there was no acknowledgement or attempt to help my child adjust or become comfortable at the center. The center leadership is inconsistent in their communication with parents and very clearly does not value child development (only the avoidance of anything that requires the center and teachers to do their job). As a direct result of this center, I will never recommend kindercare or select a kindercare location for the care of child. If kindercare corporate allows any of their locations to be managed this way - I do not want any part of it.

Horrible experience trying to get our son In the daycare . We basically got the run around from Jennifer . He was on waiting list , was told a date he could start, then It got pushed back. Which we understand things happen. Then Jennifer said she would send us an email for all paperwork . We gave her two different emails . Even went over spelling our emails out to her . We never got one email from them . Did this for weeks . She would just say “ I will send It again! I said “ would If we don’t get the email again”? Then she said just call. Don’t understand that process at all. Made no sense . Well we found a new daycare for our son. I called to ask if I can get back his medical papers they had . Jennifer said , we don’t have them , we shred them ….. like why would you shred them If he was still on waiting list ?? Worst experience ever. Obviously they didn’t want our son going there . Maybe cause he has two moms ? I don’t know but that’s the vibe we got . All good now though. He Is starting at a new daycare that seems very excited to have our son !!!!!

They can not handle difficult children, they are not equiped nor are they capable of listening or telling the truth.

After the director that hired me in 2020 left the daycare went downhill sickness all the time not teamwork favoritism it’s the worst place I’ve ever worked in my lifetime for the last six months of my employment

My grand-daughter loves KinderCare! They provide a safe learning environment for her to play, learn and socialize with others. They communicate effectively and I love the app to be able to see what she is doing and how she is growing, eating, napping, and playing.

Every staff member there are wonderful including the directors. I was hesitant about daycare centers because this was there first time being in daycare. They love it there and I am so glad that they are caring and does a great job with taking care of them

My daughter went here for 4 years and because I was late on my payment as a single mom Stephanie Berrie would not allow her to come back. They DO NOT care about anything but their money, and Stephanie will lie to cover herself.

My grandson goes to KinderCare on S.Willis. All the staff are amazingly wonderful ladies. Not only do they personally get to know your child, they get to know you. Always a cheerful attitude and a smile. My grandson is 2 and he goes around singing ABC and 123. I just love how they give their time to teach him things. They do arts and crafts, today my grandson made a bracelet there and he was so proud of it. The facility is always clean. I highly recommend this daycare.

This is such an amazing daycare! I absolutely love all of the staff and the great job they do everyday. My daughter loves going to daycare, she has learned and grown so much in less than a year. The staff communicates well and are always friendly, and you can tell they love their kids!

KinderCare is amazing! Definitely work with you on everything! Has amazing staff and really did a lot for my sweet girl. She has improved her motor skills and social skills from being 4 month old to a year now, she’s way above her milestones. Love this place!
