Former Sprint customer, I don't complain with T-Mobile. My monthly bill is ok. I just miss Sprint discounts and promotions for faithful customers like me. Customers need to be rewarded yearly. Some discounts or offers are always sweet. ??

These guys helped us out the other day when my daughter's Sim card went crazy. They had us fixed up in a matter of minutes. They knew what they were doing and didn't mess around or try to sell us a new phone. They are great people!!!!

I've been here on multiple occasions (I'm pretty rough on a phone!) Brianna and the crew are most helpful and always in a chipper mood. Not that I like breaking my phone, but I'm always happy to visit the store.

They couldn't even sell me a phone because they said my information would not go through. 61 years old I think I know my information.

Store manager refused to help, instead calling me hostile when I said I needed to close account if he couldn't help. Said I couldn't close the account and instead had his employee help while he sulked in the corner with no other customers. If you don't want to work with the public, then don't. You can't gaslight everyone, and you can't charge people 50 dollars a month to put up with your hurt feelings.

This location is not a busy as other locations in town. Customer service is phenomenal here.

Service depends on who you get. Typically I get Great service. They tend to do their best to get you what u need and back on the road again asap. Sometimes things happen but they do what they can to right and bad situations.I do recommend this location

They refused to take responsibility for selling me not one but TWO faulty phones and got threatening, ugly, and rude and just generally unhelpful. The manager was the worst. That guy should be canned.

I literally just had the best phone-store experience that I have had in my entire life!I 100% loathe dealing with buying a phone or going into a phone-store in general.I didn't think that there was such a thing as a good experience.....Today changed my mind.Our family had to meet in Abeline from out of town to do the big switch from Sprint & we had all been dreading it for months. My dad was still using a 3G phone & we were running out of time.The employees were absolutely amazing & all of our issues were resolved in only ONE visit.My expectations were completely exceeded.The blonde lady & manager at this location need to be paid double whatever they are paid now! (Sorry, I didn't get your names)They were the perfect example if how great customer service looks like!Thank yall so very much!

The employees were very helpful. The follow-through from the company is lacking and conflicted. The phones are great. Once correctly set up, you are good to go.
