Super shady service department. Wife went in for an oil change, tried telling her she needed all this engine work, alignment, brakes, etc. Quoted her over $1,000. Mind you, she got a new engine 6,000 miles ago (brand new from Hyundai installed by Hyundai techs), alignment less than 1,000 miles, brakes done less than 6,000 miles. Mind you, THIS IS IN THEIR SYSTEM. Yet they still tried up charging and telling her she needs this done. Not recommended…NEEDS. Won’t be going back, and wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone in regard to service work. How can you tell someone they need work done, want to charge them for said work, and not even check the system to see all that work was already done or check the actual things themselves? Wanting to charge my wife $400 for spark plugs and the tech didn’t even check the plugs to see they were all good? Don’t worry Star Hyundai, I did the work for you and checked when she got home. They’re more than fine.

Although we ended up not buying a car from them I felt led to leave our salesman a review. TONY RODRIGUEZ was outstanding in every way. He worked so hard to figure out our best deal. He was kind, super friendly and a good Christian man. He's been with Star for 23 years!!! Impressive. So in the end we purchased another brand, but it was nothing they did to spoil the deal. They were great and Tony was fantastic!!!!

Kameron and the whole Hyandai team where great! Although I wasn't able to walk out wity a deal, their service is still good enough for me to leave a 5 star review and guarantee I'll be coming back. 100% recommend talking to Kameron if you are looking for something new.

Absolutely Love the customer service they did an amazing job and gave me my vehicle return in less than a day. The only issue I had and why they won’t be receiving five stars is that I gave them a fully detailed car and they returned me a dirty greased up car after but with that turnaround time, I can’t complain amazing job

Jacob B is a great salesman. He presented me with several options, explained all the rebates. He never talked me into anything that was out of my price range selection, new exactly what I needed in a vehicle for all the traveling knows about to do. This is probably one of the smoothies and easiest transactions I’ve made in Abilene Texas when buying a new vehicle. Finance department was great, they met my needs after I knew what I wanted. I really don’t like screwing around with pushy people. They did awesome! Go find yourself a vehicle they will work with you. Tell him I sent you so I can get my Benjamin!!

This is the third Hyundai Santa Fe we have purchased from this dealership. Last two times, our salesperson has been Tony. We love him. So personable, laid back and no pressure. The folks at Star Hyundai are awesome, accommodating and treat their customers with respect. Keep up the good work!
