I can only say AMAZING & GREAT things about Storage Solutions. Their customer service and kind employees really helped me when I was in a bind. They were able to explain what I needed and did not make me feel like I was over paying. Their facilities were clean and neat. The best storage place I have seen!Would highly recommend again & again!

I normally don't rant on businesses but today really angered me...Be wary of using Storage Solutions...We called to tell them we moved out of our unit over the weekend and they refused to refund our payment that they drafted even though we are not using the unit for the month the would not refund our $260. They drafted the money Unethical and not good business practice ... If a service is not being rendered payment should be refunded. Even in rental homes you get your deposit and upfront money back. To top it all off when I refused to take no for an answer the lady on the phone just hung up on me....We have been very good tenants, always paid on time and even cleaned the storage shed out...swept and everything...all we were for is a refund for the month as we are no longer in the unit. Heck even pro-rate it for the Saturday and Sunday that we were getting out of it....lady said nope we will prorate when you come in as a renter but I'm not going to refund. Thanks for taking $260 bucks out of my families pocket...times are hard enough as it is right now.....We will never do business with this group again!

This is a great storage facility and it has so many different aspects to it. I have used them in the past to rent office space, RV storage and just general storage. Everyone here is very nice and helpful and the units are beautiful.
