Stripes is a convenient location for refreshments and gas for long trips. It is extremely beneficial for the nearby neighborhood. The restrooms are normally clean. The staff, including the cashiers, cooks, and manager, are always very helpful, polite, sweet, kind, and patient. The cook is amazing and the food is spot on. Their tortillas are very fulfilling. They offer lots of water and Gatorade for summertime. The store is busy but they restock items like the ice cream bin as soon as possible. Some note a wish for a pedestrian crosswalk and a bike rack for safer access.
The coolers are regularly empty.... and the drinks are just in cases in the back, I know vendors do alot of the stocking but I have to imagine they're loosing 100s of thousands a year by being lazy and refusing to stock themselves... the other location a few blocks over seems to not have the same issues

New girl working there refused to sell me cigarettes I asked why she said because your pregnant, told her it’s not against the law to sell cigarettes to someone who pregnant and she told me it was y’all’s new “policy” witch would be illegal and discrimination.
