Love this t-mobile store. Everyone is so helpful and friendly- especially Rebecca! They make sure everything is set and good to go before you leave, no matter how long it takes! Excellent example of t-mobile customer service for the win every time!

I had a good visit, very fast and polite service. Update: had to drop stars. The wait is horrible, if you don't mind waiting around for minimum of 2 hours then go here. My time is very important and I don't want to waste it waiting just to hear you will have to comeback later.

Friendly and helpful. Defective screen protector on my new watch. Replaced without hassle within the 30 day window of purchase. Quick service despite being busy.

We’ve been Sprint customers for about 7-8 years and always went this location and although it was usually busy everyone that worked there was polite and helpful but when T Mobile bought them out everything changed. It’s almost like they go out of their way to make us uncomfortable. Sarcastic jokes about our children, condescending tones, constantly annoyed. One gentleman that worked there stated they wished all the Sprint people would just switch to TMobile but it seems every time you do anything on your account it renews your contract for another two years. Why can’t they just switch us over? Even when dealing with them over the phone they are unpleasant. We’ve taken to doing our business online but that gets frustrating because you can’t ask simple questions without waiting to connect with a representative. There is such a disconnect between online, Store Front, and Kiosks. It’s like dealing with three completely different companies. Wish they were more cohesive and learned to be a little kinder and patient with their customers. I know we are Sprint customers but didn’t they buy them out? Doesn’t that make us their customers too?

Came in at 11:30 to be seen for my phone. They told me it would be an hour and a half wait time. I didn’t get a call back until 3:30. When I showed up they said I still had an hour wait…. I show up again at 4:20 and waited another 2 hours and STILL WASNT SEEN. Do yourself a favor and go to the T mobile on 1st street this store is awful.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you ! If it were not for your terrible customer service and your lack of effort in everything you do at that store I would not have gone straight to the ATT store. Good luck maybe you will get lucky and T-Mobile will continue to throw money away by keeping you employed.

I thought T mobile was going to be better than sprint but I get there you have to sign in which no one told me. Then I wait and finally someone ask if I signed in then I'm told come back Monday which I can't since I live over 80 miles away. Thanks for the help T mobile.

I've been with Verizon, AT&T, and I was paying $150 for just 2 lines of service with my veteran discount. I pay $100 month with the Magenta Max Veteran lines, 2 lines, to be exact. T-Mobile has surprised me, their coverage had definitely gotten better. I like what I'm seeing T-Mobile, keep it up.

The employees are in the back laughing and joking. While the store has customers waiting. Not good

Went in looking to possibly upgrade phones. Apparently there was only 2 people working. Looking around there was quite a few customers standing around with blank looks on their faces. Was told I can put my name down on a list and they might get to me or leave and set up an appointment online. I can only assume that's what she ment because she didn't have time to explain. It wasn't a good experience! 6:15 pm 11/9/2020

I understand having updated store hours because of Covid but as a business they need to update the hours on here too or their website or on thier phone when you call. You shouldn't have to drive all the way to the store to find out they're closed and you're only able to see the updated store hours on the window. If you have enough time to paint the new store hours on the window then you should have enough time to change the updated store hours elsewhere. Bad business practices.

I felt very pleased with my experience at T mobile the guy who helped me knew exactly what he was doing!! I didn’t like that they made me wait in my car until it was my turn, however with covid going around it’s definitely a good thing!

Barely any Service any where in the city As per Google the store is opened until 8pm. We reached the store at 5:32pm. The sign says store closes at 5pm. Clerk who came outside to address the persons waiting, advised of a checking in list and he was an hour late to meet with that last person. When I asked about the poor connection service, he advised that 5 towers are down. So I enquired if that doesn't warrant for us the customers to made aware of this. His response was that persons above didn't give authorization for that to be communicated. What is the reason for PAYING for a phone I can't use? What's the sense of using a company that doesn't have the common decency to communicate with its customers? Maybe its time to change my network.FYI.. they close on Sundays and Wednesdays.WE PAY ENOUGH FOR YOUR BUSINESS HOURS TO BE UPDATED LIKE EVERYONE ELSE . #Sprintsucks #Tmobilesucks

They made me an appointment and it was closed when I went. Sadly there is no open Tmobile stores at this point. Had to call customer service to find my phone's dual screen is NOT covered with insurance because its considered an accessory. Be aware when buying dual screen phones.
