I have some issues with headquarters in Irving Texas. I've reported my complaints to Mark Conrad who has listened to my complaints but failed to investigate.
I paid a visit in Irving Texas about 8 weeks ago. I spoke with Glenn who was in prevention. We spoke for a bit and traded emails and I left. I returned two days later hoping to catch Roger Krone and getting a moment with him. As I waited in the parking lot and man coming out of the building yelling at me to vacate the premises. I introduced myself and told him I had spoken to Glenn and was hoping to catch Mr Krone. I have stage 4 cancer and I was seeking help. The man who gave a first name Tandy, accused me of breaking in the building, said he didn't care about me having cancer and informed me I wasn't a scout and informed the security guard to call the police.
I find this unacceptable, humiliating and very disrespectful. This man should be held accountable. I reported the issue to headquarters, no action taken. I reported the issue to Mark Conrad no action taken. So I will continue until I get answers

The workers are friendly but extremely slow every single time. I would recommend calling ahead or ordering what you need several days in advance. Otherwise, plan on spending a while in there.

I very proud as a former Boy Scout to see Abilene's Scouts routinely honor our veterans each year by placing flags on their final resting places.
