Steer clear. Integrity is not here. Purchased a vehicle in April of 2024. In the first 3 months we had to put $6000 into it. As of today, it is sitting at the dodge house needing $6500 worth of more work done in order to drive it on the road. Since the beginning we have told Travis Auto it needed things done. We were guaranteed they would get fixed. In July, my husband went to speak to Mr. Travis himself. He told us that his technician did look at the issue when they went over the vehicle and he would offer us $500 in reimbursement. We actually recorded the conversation. This business is a joke and their practices are worse. Please read other reviews. We are not the only ones buying vehicles that need more work than they are worth. We were told the car salesman is only a sales man and not a mechanic so when he sold us a drive worthy truck that would be perfect for our business that basically he did not have the knowledge to inform us that. So, now we stuck with a vehicle making payments since April and about to have a total of $12500 in repairs for us to even safely drive it on the road. Please for your family, and your sake look somewhere else. There are plenty places in or around Abilene that will sell you a vehicle that will not cost you more money to drive safely in. Edited to add for response. Truck was not on side of building it was in your parking lot right in front. We can make excuses and responses as to why a truck was sold that needed this amount of work. All reviews should be read further. Like I said we are not the only ones being sole trucks that are not safe for the road. And if in fact that’s what you normally do. You shouldn’t have sold the truck or offered $500.

Traveled here from California to checkout a vehicle. Austin was very polite and went out of his way to make me feel at home. I'm not sure that I would have made a purchase otherwise. I really appreciate it Austin you deserve a raise! Best service ever!

This review has been a long time coming.
We bought a used truck from them back in April of 2023. We are still fighting with repairs on this truck. So far it has racked up 40k in repairs ALONE and it hasn't even been on the road for a year as it's been in the shop off and on for a total of 4 - 6 months. I will be coming back later to write out a more in depth review. Avoid these people at all costs, they don't care about you or your car. Just your money.
And don't get me started on the damages they caused on my truck and refused to fix it.
***UPDATE 1***
So we have hit the limit of our warranty contract due to the amount of work that had to be done to the truck before we even got to fully drive it for a year. The contract was also supposed to be for 4 years. Do not buy ANYTHING from them, this truck should have never been sold to anyone.

After being unable to find a decent HD truck in Central Texas, I expanded my search and found Travis Auto Group.
Mark was very friendly and relatable which made me very comfortable driving 3.5 hours to their dealership.
Jeremy processed all the paperwork and offered me a finance rate and term better than my credit union.
Both Mark and Jeremy made the process smooth and quick. The truck was ready when I arrived. The transaction was smooth and hassle free.
I had some concerns with the truck pulling but was dismissed. Unfortunately, I should have stood firmer with my concerns before signing the paperwork.
After having the truck for a few weeks, I determined it needed an alignment. After getting the truck aligned by a reputable shop (that does not sell tires) I was told the truck has been out of alignment a while and the tires were unevenly worn. They further told me it would still continue to pull until the tires were replaced.
I did email Jeremy to see if he could offer some kind of assistance with even getting a good set of used tires. Unfortunately, I did not even get the courtesy of a response. I followed up with Mark, who told me I got a great deal and they are not going to do anything.
So, lesson learned.. Yes I got a great truck at a good price from them. Would I buy another vehicle from them? No.
