I purchased a battery here that was defective. I tried to exchange it & the ladies had to call their manager/owner to see if they could exchange it for me. He said no but I could have a free bottle of $5 vape juice if I purchased another battery. The ladies were nice & tried to be helpful but they couldn't do anything because he said no. I would not recommend going here for a battery because if it's defective, they won't do anything to make it right. Very disappointed since this is the 2nd battery I have bought from here since Christmas, 4 months ago.
