The manager at this location is very professional and always has a smile on her face. The facility is top notch and seems like a safe place to store personal belongings. Would highly recommend this location to anyone who asks.

I rented a unit last year. The cost has doubled in that time. The facility is not well maintained. There are pot holes that are difficult if not impossible to avoid. It is difficult to navigate with just a full size truck. If there happens to be someone else in the lane where my unit is located, it is impossible to drive around them. This also makes it impossible to utilize a moving van. I do not recommend this facility.

It worked for what I needed it to. I had the unit for less than a year and within 6 months they raised the cost by almost $50. When they say the gates close at 9, they mean if you're inside the gates and you try to leave anytime after 9 (even 905) the gate will not open. It took us at least an hour on a Sunday night to get someone there to let my boyfriend out who was dropping stuff off and who on the original paperwork was an authorized user but somehow that never got put in the computer so half of the time was them telling him he wasn't supposed to be there though I had already said he was. Overall it did what I needed it to. The unit itself was a good size and they put rodent bait it so I never got critters in my stuff.

Everyone was super kind and helpful! We got a storage unit and had everything explained to us. Our things were safe for the two months we utilized the unit. My only issue is it's a small lot and it's very difficult to fit a Uhaul truck in there so everything has to be hauled down the lot and put into the truck. Other than that, it was a great experience!
