I wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to fill a controlled substance, which are most medications that are effective anymore. Since they are closed on sundays this makes any script that needs to be refilled on that day inaccessible, and scrambling to get a script filled exactly on the day it’s out, especially for very necessary medication that needs to be also taken to a school to give a child…is super frustrating. I know most pharmacies will be just as difficult, the problem I really had in my situation is that this pharmacy also put it on a sort of fill hold so that they weren’t filling it, but would also make sure it couldn’t be transferred so the other stores could fill it…which is just cruel. I just wish they’d stop being so dramatic about controlled substances, and employees being so biased, instead of being empathetic and service oriented.

Do not recommend. They constantly mess up, never deliver your meds like they’re supposed to and for someone who’s handicapped it’s kind of a task because I don’t drive, they short me on my meds, they aren’t professional at all & id rather switch.

This united needs a cake decorator,
y'all have the worst cake selection in Abilene. This past weekend... not the first time either. we looked for even just cupcakes.. and they were awful looking.
The cakes in the freezer boring and effortless looking. Another group of ladies were looking for a cake as well and we all agreed.
The last time I looked was in July and no improvement same lady back there looking all irritated and no talent

I went to united on willis yo buy a cake for a birthday anyway I got the cake I wanted the employee was rude told me the price was not right on the cake an changed it for a higher price she was rude the manager was not there this was at united on willis in bakery I will never buy a cake from united again I will be going to HEB friendly staff there I should of never gone to the bakery at united it sucks !!!!

I have shopped in all of the Abilene United's and it's my second favorite store here. Selection is good. I is clean, staff is helpful. I know the one on Willis has up front parking for expectant mothers and although that doesn't apply to me, I remember those days and really like that consideration. The only advice I would give is check the expiration dates. Occasionally I find something on shelves past sell by date, but not often. The store brands are good. The bakery and pharmacy are above average. They usually have a chicken salad with cranberries and walnuts in the deli section that is the best! Always a crowd pleaser, but on the expensive side. I would recommend shopping here without hesitation.

A shout out to the Pharmacist and staff. I took my parents to get their flu shots today and since they are very compromised health wise I ask if it would be possible for someone to come to the car to do this. Without any hesitation whatsoever they agreed. Thank you so much for showing such care and compassion!!!

I bought a half cherry pie the other day, and it did not taste like the ingredients on the label. It had too much pink food coloring. The crust was salty around the edges, and I tasted sucrolose. I do not mind some sweetener, but the sucrolose did not taste right with the salty crust. Added sweetener was not on the label. These bakers need to remember that you cannot fool our taste buds.
