I walked in and was greeted with a smile by the guy behind the counter. He reached for my big yellow package with a smile and a scanner and promptly gave me a receipt for my item. It was quick and painless.

I brought a return for Amazon. I could not get the package back in the original flat package box. But I brought it with me anyways along with the shipping box because I thought it could all get reboxed and put back together if needed. But the girl made the biggest scene over the empty box, it was so uncomfortable, and just really not sure why it was necessary.
