This place is a joke. They will tell you all the ways they are going to help and do none of them. We have had issues with UPS so many times and I can’t even get a number to give a complaint to. I really wish Amazon would team up with a competent company because it is NOT UPS!

The UPS center in Abilene has to be the worst! Every single package has a hole in the box where they have picked it up and damaged the product inside. Literally the last 5 packages! I have a large box arriving today where I have sent back three times already due to damage. There is no way to talk to anyone since it is automated. STOP PUTTING HOLES in the boxes and be careful loading and unloading.

The worst delivery company I have ever seen bad customer service and never on time and they don’t seem to care if a customer is unhappy with a situation so here’s where I step in and say UPS THERES OTHER DELIVERY SERVICE AND KEEP DOING CUSTOMER WRONG IN ONE YEAR THIS COMPANY WILL BE GOING UNDER OUT OF BUSINESS!! Trust me a market to open another business

Suppose to have a perishable package delivered between 1045am to 245pm. Driver parked in front of my house for approximately 10 minutes and then took off. This is ridiculous if this is the black guy that usually delivers UPS Packages he is a lazy piece of S**t I've had problems with him on every delivery he makes to my home. Just plain ignorance!

Unreliable with poor shipment tracking. UPS has has gotten much worse than it used to be.. FedEx has been doing way better. If I could choose I would pick FedEx.

I have to change a very negative review I left here earlier tonight. I was very upset and let the resentment get the better of me. I am still unhappy with my delivery experience but there was no need for such a review. Below is personal customer service response from the local representative and I do appreciate the feedback and will take the advice. I apologize for being a rude angry old man on the phone. Maybe there’s just too much pressure on drivers to meet daily delivery goals, which would make it a corporate issue not the driver trying to meet unattainable demands. Thank you for taking the time to leave a personal response.

Not sure why this company continues to be so atrocious. They never ring the door bell or knock when dropping of a signature package. They just dump a note and run. I watched the guy run back to his truck and speed off while I was in the yard.

Driver just arbitrarily decided to not deliver packages. Told supervisor he was told not to come on premises. BIG LIAR. Use fedex instead. UPS stinks and impossible to speak to a human

They probably can’t help the hours they are open. They can however help the fact that the employee at the front desk is just rude. I’m sure they deal with angry people all day so I started with a smile on my face looking for some sort of solution. The lady flat out told me I was lying about an Amazon return telling me they would bring the label to pick up a package at my house. I showed her on the Amazon app and she said “yeah we don’t do that” supervisor about 15 minutes later not only confirmed but dug through about 7 pages of addresses from the day my package was supposed to be picked up. All in all they were no help although the supervisor tried and the lady at the front was rude to all 6-7 customers I saw her encounter. Fail. I give it two starts because the supervisor did try for a few minutes before she was ultimately no help either. They both absolutely tried to brush off every single customer as not their problem and call the 800 number with in 30 seconds of talking to anyone.

I have never been more disappointed in a delivery service in my life. I the past 30 days I have received 5 deliveries via UPS. All 5 were damaged or destroyed because of UPS procedures. I tried to contact this local facility and could get no further than their over seas call taking center. Only after I became angry did I receive any response and then they tried to turn it back on me like it was all my fault. UPS IS NOT ALLOWED ON MY PROPERTY EVER AGAIN !!I can't believe they even sent me this survey

I live halfway between Lubbock and Abilene and every time my packages go to this hub for sorting, I never get them on time. However, when they go to Lubbock, they come on time or even a day early. The lack of good reviews speaks volumes about the work ethic of the people at this facility. Do better, folks.
