I have not been here yet, but I have to say Leah in billing is amazing! She went out of her way to help me with billing & insurance information.she actually followed up on what she said she would do. That is very hard to find...someone who cares! Thank you Leah, you are a gem💜

Was at Vera West August 2024 . The ladies were very professional and all of them with a smile. I would highly recommend Vera West to anyone. Great place. .

I always have to wait after signing in but the lady's at front desk are working as fast as possible. It's a good place to get labs. On the same side as my dr. If they see someone struggling to chk in maybe could help them. Other than that more chairs inside office because it's usually crowded.
