This is the store you want to go to if you're anywhere near Abilene. They people here who actually know how to diagnose and troubleshoot most if not all issues you might have, unlike the store in South West Abilene.

I recently visited the Verizon store to upgrade my old iPhone 11 to the new iPhone 15, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Logan was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, walking me through all the options and making sure I found the perfect plan to minimize my monthly bill. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Logan’s customer service was top-notch, and I left the store feeling like I got an amazing deal. Highly recommend this Verizon location and Logan's excellent assistance!

Absolutely awesome experience with Logan!! I came in having not had service for a month and the only fix I was previously offered at another location was a sim card change and a "good luck". He immediately gave me options, all of which saved me money I might add. He got to know me and tailored my plan to my needs perfectly. Will do all my business with Logan moving forward!
