On Monday June 17th 2024 around 440 pm I called an spoke with Mike about getting estimate for alternor repair on my 2007 f 150 ,he what size motor I told him get him the information. I then called back gave him (Mike) the information. He said it was almost closing time ,which told I understand. Mike stated to that he get back to me on Tues June 18th 2024 in the morning,so I didn't hear for Mike so called at 930 am. Mike stated that he had the information in front him at his desk, so read all the information I had provided for truck, then stated he would call me back in a couple hours. I never heard back from Mike . Twenty four later no estimate for the repairs. Poor customer service,, I was refer to Vernon and Fletcher I will not never call then or refer their business to any of my or friends!!!

So my fiancé went to this place with high hopes because a friend suggested them.
Her car was overheating and so she asked them to find out what is wrong with her car.
The next day she received a call with a lady saying that they ran a hydrocarbons test on her car and it came back as a failure. The lady went on to say that the engine possibly had a crack on it and that they wanted to replace the entire engine (QUOTING HER AT 8-10 GRAND).
Keep in mind that a certified refurbished engine or a used one can be found for less than 2.5 grand online! Same engine, for the same car model and the same year!
They also wanted to replace many other parts that were not a part of the engine itself (water pump, spark plugs, ignition coils) explaining that when they replace an engine that they replaced all of these things too.
Finally, we came by the next day to pick up her car and the charged her 120$ JUST FOR A DIAGNOSTIC test on her car and 90$ for the carbon test.
They didn’t even let us know if the anti-freeze or the oil levels were low on the car.
Case in point, this place is overcharging for diagnosing and testing and DEFINITELY over charging for a new engine and what the labor cost.

Ran our Honda pilot by to have them checkout a noise, they checked it very quickly and they were extremely fair, we had a great experience with them and will come back to them for any other needed repairs.

I called earlier this week to check for availability on having my brakes replaced. As promised, I was able to drop my vehicle off this morning and have it ready for pick up this afternoon! Communication, quality of work and friendliness cannot be beat! Thank you all!!

Well, I needed my sister-in-Laws car repaired. It wouldn't start, jump or new battery would not fix it. Towed it to them, one day later, new parts and it was running! It was a bad fuse board. But would diagnose with plug in sensor. These folks know autos!! And, more importantly, they fix them, right for a very reasonable price. Can recommend them highly en. Call Mike, he will get you going again.

First off would like to say the customer service is amazing. While i was stationed at Dyess for 3 years i used this shop and they were able to help me quickly with anything I needed. Very military friendly and great people to talk to.Recently there was a recall on my car's A/C (an issue that I was having quite a bit). I was a little worried because I am now stationed halfway across the country and was not sure how to get receipts from years ago. I called the phone number and Mike was able to provided receipts so that I could get reimbursed for the work on my car from years ago.

Was there for a state inspection. Quick service even though it seemed every bay was full. Stellar lobby. Best I have ever experienced, regardless of business type. Very friendly folk in the office.

I had my wife take her mini van to this place to get a tensioner pulley a thermostat a oil pressure switch and rear lift gate struts replaced the guy was very friendly at first and when he called me with the diagnosis to tell me that's what the van needed. We discussed what I wanted fixed then he called me back with a quote of $2700. That's way to much for those simple repairs in my opinion. I was able to get the same parts from the parts stores with life time warranty on most of the parts and do the same work in under 3 hours.
